Absolutely phenomenal customer service! We hosted an event in the Anderson Building and forgot to order the coffee! Ran across the street and Trisha and the staff at the Hob Nob said no worries- we’ll take care of it! They had full coffee service for 75 people ready in less than 1/2 hour!
It is so nice to have a coffee shop open by 7:00 am. Great service and coffee. Had a very nice window seat to watch the early morning workers shuffle by, while listening to some wonderful eclectic old music.
The workers are so nice and friendly. They seem to be passionate which makes the environment lovely. One of the workers sells cute homemade plushies. I really like their espresso. It's bold and smooth. Would recommend if you're in the downtown area.
