the management is corrupt. the manager Katie took a bribe for tattoos and or cash to complete an employees final certification test after getting that employee fired for personal feelings unrelated to work. when it was brought to management, and the franchise owners attention it was ignored! the employee was fired for "no reason"
When we went there, it was dinner time and the restaurant was practically empty except for a booth that held the family of the servers working. Not sure when it became acceptable for family to hangout while people worked, but that wasn’t even the issue. Service was poor because they servers would rather hangout with their family than work.
