the management is corrupt. the manager Katie took a bribe for tattoos and or cash to complete an employees final certification test after getting that employee fired for personal feelings unrelated to work. when it was brought to management, and the franchise owners attention it was ignored! the employee was fired for "no reason"

When we went there, it was dinner time and the restaurant was practically empty except for a booth that held the family of the servers working. Not sure when it became acceptable for family to hangout while people worked, but that wasn’t even the issue. Service was poor because they servers would rather hangout with their family than work. Ended up not even finishing our food because the servers’ family was sitting there screaming about their bowel habits and periods (in very disturbing detail). Not sure the entire restaurant needed to hear about those issues, but thanks for ruining our meals. We will NOT be returning or recommending this location.

We have come to expect good quality food from Denny's restaurant locations. We had the worst experience tonight. After waiting 45 minutes for our food to arrive, the cheeseburger was raw and the French fries were overcooked and hard. The biscuits and gravy were not even heated and broken down. The waitress in training was doing her best to serve us, but was alone. Kuddos to her for not walking off the job. This was the worst $35 we have spent on a meal, especially since we had to leave half of the food and after complaining, the person at the cash register didn't blink an eye. I am so disappointed because we came from out of town for a special evening that ended terribly due to the meal. Too bad McDonald's was closed because the fast food would have been better quality, especially for the money. We were not provided a receipt to get the store number.

We went into the restaurant , but left without ordering . The people seated there were complaining about the wit for food . One waitress told a table she was the only one for half of the place and was doing the best she could . With the loud complaints and the crowded situation , we decided just to leave . Disappointed .

The restaurant was pretty busy at 10pm and they didn't have people spaced out. We're vaccinated, so it wasn't too much of a concern, but still. Otherwise, the food and service was good.

I like this Denny’s. They are good for large groups. The 20% off coupons and aarp discounts make the senior tilapia dinner an even sweeter deal.
