I moved to Lansing from Buffalo and was devastated at the lack of timmys! There are Biggby's everywhere, but I drive 15 mins for this tim hortans and its perfect! Amazing customer service, the staff is absolute sweethearts. I used the app to place the order in the parking lot and drove right up, fast and friendly service that gives me a little taste of home. Please tip them :D It's also much cheaper than everywhere else
No coffee was brewed, restroom was out of paper towel and dirty. Kitchen area was filthy with trash in floor and every counter had food crumbs or open wrappers left out. Half drank cups were left in food prep areas that employees were drinking from. Overall a really sloppy kept Tim Hortons. This is not how most locations are! They can do better!

Barely warm dark roast at 10am and a grumpy employee at the drive thru when I asked for a dome lid, which I definitely asked for when I placed the order.
This place is really good. It's definitely a less greasy breakfast to go option. The staff are always friendly even while slammed. Highly recommend this place.
My visit was a 6am. Not busy. My food was warmed up by microwave. Disappointed. The staff was having a conversation, speaking loud, and using inappropriate language.
