I’m from Saskatchewan, Canada, so I was a little skeptical when I first saw a Tim Hortons in the United States. But Paris, RJ, and Naomi are running a first-class operation. The coffee tasted more like Starbucks back home but better, and the Timbits were twice as heavy as the ones in Canada and very tasty. The hospitality was genuinely refreshing, and my assistants — Jake, Olivia, Fiona, and Dragon — were all treated exceptionally well. This will definitely be my go-to coffee spot in Lansing whenever I’m in town.

Location seemed dirty. Bathroom was gross, no paper towel or hand dryer.
Unfortunately had a pretty bad experience at this Tim Hortons, we went through the drive through and the lady on the other end did not have the best attitude towards us right off the bat. I didn’t mind too much until we got our Pumpkin Spice Latte which really had no taste and was rather watered down to the point where I questioned if there was even coffee in it, on top of that only got 1/2 donuts we ordered. Bummer.
