I have gone to the TH on multiple occasions and each time I have brought a different coupon. Each time I have either been told the coupon is invalid because it’s not the correct drink or donut. During the most recent visit I order 6 speciality donuts with the coupon because the coupon said it was valid for those types or just the regular donuts. The manager said that I wasn’t allowed to do that because of a policy change. However I had a coupon with a valid date and even if there was a policy change they should have to honor the coupon.

Literally stood there for 10 minutes waiting for these two clowns to serve us. Clearly didn’t care about their jobs or customer service. Ended up just leaving. Talk about some uncleanliness with the workers too. I could of fried a burger with all the grease off that guys beard.

I just used the drive through. I ordered 2 panini grilled cheese meals. It took 10 minutes. This female came to the window for the guy that was there and gave me death looks because they messed up my order, took too long, and I was requesting a refund. There was confusion on my order and my sandwiches were burnt badly. Worst service, drive through ever, and I highly do not recommend this location. I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me

Ask for decaf coffee and give me a mixture of old coffee and decaf so i ask is that fresh decaf and they say yes it is just made it humm..

One of the Workers Ashley, she makes my iced coffee the BEST, i ask for her by name, because none of the other workers can make it the way she does. Some of them have stated they could, but it just does not compare.

My order was simple, breakfast sandwich and hash browns with a coffee. They gave me donuts instead of hash browns, then asked if I “really wanted to wait 3 minutes” for them to cook. Obviously I said yes because I was waiting for my coffee and eating inside. 20 minutes later, no hash browns and when I told them I didn’t want them anymore, the worker had no idea what I was talking about. There were two other customers whose orders were wrong as well. I used to come here all the time, I’ll never be back to any Tim Horton's.

It's a wonder this place is still open. Staff member that helped me was dead eyed and wanted to be anywhere but there. Rest of the staff seemed ok. Food is run of the mill, decent muffins and donut holes.

Do not go the one in Okemos. They people never get my order right! I stopped going ti the place because of it. Go to Dunkin Donuts which is right next to it.

THEY HAD NOTHING IN STOCK 😩!!! The food is pretty good though so I can't hate it.
Just a thought...How about toasting and buttering the everything bagel BEFORE you add the bacon egg and cheese. Trust me, it will taste so much better
