Ordered on the app but when I got to there they didn’t have any croissants. So I asked just for the vanilla crème donut that I ordered and a refund on the sandwich. The store said they couldn’t refund me because I ordered on the app. I get home and they gave me the wrong donut. So I then asked for a full refund since I didn’t get either item I paid for. East Lansing Tim Hortons! Completely incompetence is running these two locations-
Hardly ever open- but
Signs are on- “only take cash” at the other one- never open but says it is- you stink!!! Never again!
