We were at the store at around 6:30 on a Saturday. We knocked the door as there seating area was closed and they gave us a full box of Donuts!!!! Kid’s enjoyed it. Love the place.

Noone is ever working drive thru, and it’s midday. I know you aren’t closed! You drive past the window, and there ARE people in there. So irritating.

I go here a few times a week. I went once and the lady made my drink and I loved it and she told how to order it so I could get it the same next time. Fast forward it’s been some young man with an Afro and bad attitude at the window for weeks and he doesn’t make my drink like I ask and basically throws my doughnuts out the window. No hi or bye and he just closed the window on me when I told him that I would accept my chocolate doughnuts stacked on top of each other In a bag. I beeped my horn and no one came to the window. I went in and the the manager showed no care and the young man never come out to apologize or anything. I got a refund and horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend going here as long as that young man works there he don’t care and don’t have no customer service skills . Manager is no help.

I am pregnant and my doctor told me not to drink caffeine. In the app, there is no option to select decaf. Tim’s was running a promotion for buy any drink get a donut free, and I wanted to place an order in the app, but I couldn’t because there was no option for decaf. When I got to the drive thru, they told me I couldn’t have a free donut because I didn’t order in the app… it is very unacceptable, especially towards those who for one reason or another may not be able to order in the app, as the app is not accommodating for various health reasons. Basically, everyone is allowed to have a free donut except those people who have health conditions that restrict them from ordering in the app, and that is wrong.
