Toarminas has great food, but my last three orders have been wrong. My last order was supposed to include a side salad. Instead of the salad, I received a side of salsa. I ordered a pizza with white garlic sauce cut into squares. It came round with NO sauce I'm so disappointed because I love their food, but I won't order from them again.

I ordered a heart shaped pepperoni pizza online on Valentine’s Day for my fiancé and I. I thought I had put in a request to have it spell out our upcoming wedding date. After noticing it wasn’t on the receipts I called the store a bit after the order was placed to see if they could accommodate. They did just that and went above and beyond to do so. It couldn’t have turned out better! Kudos to the pizza artists?Good pizza, even better customer service! Give them a visit.
We used them every time the club or job wants to feed a lot of people. Their 24" pizzas are so big you could use them to beat a small child! What car do you drive? May have to fold them in half if you drive something, I once giggled watching someone try to shove a few in a Jeep wrangler. Careful in high winds! The pizzas are so large you may fly off like Mary Poppins with a mild breeze. Are you ages 18-25 and got a big party coming up? Those friends passing out on the floor can use a slice to cover them like a blanket.

Our ICU team at McLaren ordered pizza for a special occasion. There was a slight mishap with the order but I called and spoke with the manager Ray, after a little laugh he right away fixed the mishaps and sent a new pie out. He included a sweet note and some sweets for the department. The pizza was amazing and we shared with other coworkers. Amazing service. Amazing food will definitely order more in the future thanks again Ray!

Ok so where to start. This is my 1st time ordering from this place and it was from the new Waverly location. I order a pizza for delivery and an hour later I have to call because I still hadn't gotten my order. It sounded like a party going on in the background and was told oh it was delivery? It's on its way. It'll be less than 10 min. Ok so I finally get my order, the pizza is cold, I ordered butter and garlic flavored crust and got no flavored crust and you can look at it and tell it had been sitting for a while. The box is soggy. Pizza is very bland, like no flavor at all. I get the 3 breads with my order because it's a promotion so I was like Ok, yay, free bread. Let me say, the cheese bread, and Italian bread are coated on the bottom with icing from the cinnamon bread, yuck. Needless to say, 1st experience = bad service, food not very good and wasted time and money. I do not think I'll be ordering from this place again. Very disappointed because I was excited to finally have a pizza place so close by. I'm guessing they were having so much fun in the restaurant that they didn't completely look at my order and make it how I ordered it realize this was delivery and not pickup. The excuse I got from the delivery person? Oh I'm sorry we got slammed after you called???? I ordered online, not over the phone.
