Last year I gave this place a five star rating today I drop it to one star. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has a bad day, but I was just informed that it is tropical smoothie’s policy to not fix mistakes unless caught right away. Management is very unorganized at this location and it trickles down to employees. Items not sufficiently stocked. Only chip option for app ordering was Jalepeño but upon arrival there were other options. Also I selected the Jalepeño chips but order was not supplied with it and I had to ask for chips.
