Not worth risking it at this location anymore because every other smoothie tastes like nothing but ice. No flavor whatsoever and they take longer than any other location. Go to the Okemos Rd. location, they never miss.

The jerk chicken is an insult to all Jamaicans. Please do better!!They got my smoothie order wrong but were very accommodating when making it right. Being my first time here I wasn’t that impressed.

You know….like when service is so bad, you don’t really care if the food is good? That’s this place. Oh, and the product isn’t good either. Do yourself a favor and go to Blend Smoothies, it’s within a mile away and DELICIOUS. Not to mention what do they even put in these smoothies to begin with. Blend is a bit more expensive but soooo worth it.

Worst customer service. Rude AF staff in the drive thru. Order made incorrectly. Unfortunately I’ve given this location too many chances and nothing changes. Won’t be coming back.
Do you know how many times I get to the front window and wait 10 minutes to be handed my drink that I can see sitting there on table? Every time! Your employees have no sense of urgency with their work. People are being handed their stuff in the window behind me and driving around me because my drink hasn't been handed to me. It's already made and paid for but it takes you over 10 minutes every time to just hand it to me. Get it together
