I’d been looking forward to trying this place for awhile, and it turns out I just missed it. Apparently the company decided last week to focus more on wholesale and now offer only a very limited menu in store. The soup I got was good (potato soup) but the sandwich (the buffalo chick’n one) had like one dollop of each sauce in the middle and two mini pickles. They gave me more when I asked but it was honestly almost laughable how it came out. It sounds like it used to be really good!
Really missing the cauliflower tacos. :( they have three things on their menu now plus the fries. The fries are the best in town. What’s happening with Veg Head?
I will be dreaming of the Nashville tofu sandwich for years to come, it was excellent!

We like to eat on half off App days. We are in love with their Brussel Sprouts, fries and Cauliflower wings w BBQ sauce. I would suggest to order ahead of time. You can earn points for money off as well.

Some of the best tacos ever had!
Had the Harrisa cauliflower tacos and I would drive the over hour drive to get them anytime I am able to talk someone into joining me.
We also ordered their kale pesto pasta which was also quite good but needed a touch of salt in our opinion. They sell a prebiotic soda that was a lemon lime flavor and that I would get again as well. Not too sweet or sour, but refreshing.

There was no drink selection and I got charged $3 for water. The fridge holding their drinks was practically empty. We were given plastic silverware with the explanation that they were out of clean silverware (we came in 1 1/2 hours before closing). Now the food was amazing and I inhaled my dish. I would go back for the food, but would bring my own drinks and silverware. Trying to cut into food with plastic silverware wasn't the easiest.
Was in Lansing for work today and decided to stop in. The food was awesome

These guys went out of their way to serve us even though we showed up right as they were closing. Very lovely individuals and the food was AWESOME. Whatever breading they put on their chicken is top tier, and their Mac n Cheese sauce was off the chain. We also got the cauliflower bites which were well seasoned, and their dill ranch was the perfect complement. Do yourself a favor and dine here!

There’s this cozy little place where you can grab lunch with your coworkers. It’s a super chill and peaceful spot. I had the most delicious street tacos, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a change of scenery or trying to eat healthier, but still tasty meals. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The food did take a bit to arrive, but once it did, we were all really happy with it. Yummy

As the title says, I love Veg Head. Their selection is great and I like how they have a very seasonal menu options. Their food is really good too! My favorite dishes are the kale pesto pasta, teriyaki quinoa, and the fried chicken tenders and the fries. I do wish they had a soda machine. The staff are all super sweet too.
I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. Over the past year, I’ve been relatively disappointed every time I go. There are no actual full meals unless it’s a special. The food is usually bland and lacks flavor, burnt or just does not look appealing. Today, I received burnt wings and Brussel sprouts. I spent $56.00 for 8 pieces of burnt cauliflower, burnt Brussel sprouts, a spicy burger and bland macaroni and cheese. I think people only come here because it’s the ONLY fully vegan restaurant. I unfortunately won’t be back, I would rather drive an hour to Detroit or Grand Rapids to have an amazing meal vs continue to support this business.
