My granddaughter who is autistic smashed her tv that has music on it to help her sleep. So I ordered her a new TV from Walmarts on December 21 with delivery to my home on December 22. They finally delivered it on December 24 and delivered it to the wrong address. So we called them immediately and they said they could only refund my credit card which would take 10 days. They couldn't even exchange it for one they had at the store. I am on social security and luckily I still had alittle over $100 left in my account so I ordered from Best Buy but can't pick it up till December 26. So 2 more days of her being up all night. Won't order from that Walmarts again. By the way, I worked for them for 11 years.

I'm always pretty pleased with this location! I can usually find exactly what I want but sometimes the order substitutions are hit or miss. I just signed up for Walmart plus and was super pleased with their home delivery options.

My wife and I went here to buy some clothes and we were told that we couldn't use the fitting rooms as they are closed until further notice. Also they said that we couldn't return any clothes either. So I told them if that was the case then I will not shop there. They just said I don't blame you, I wouldn't either. LOL!

So today Saturday June 6 2020 at approximately 11am I visited your store because I was trying to buy a bicycle for my son. The app said this store had a limited supply of the bicycle I was looking for but when I got there the shelves were empty. So being diligent i found an employee near the bicycles in the toy section. I asked her if there were any bikes in back because I was there to purchase a particular one and showed her the one I was looking for on my phone. She the proceeded to tell me what was out was ALL that was in the store. I asked again, are you sure. I don't even need it to be assembled because as an automotive technician I'm capable of assembly myself. She again assured me that there were absolutely no bikes in back. Well it just so happens my mother works there in a different department. Since I didn't trust this lady because she didn even bother to look. I asked my mother if there was someone I could talk to. She knows the gentleman who assembles them and took me to where the bikes are assembled. She went into the back and couldn't find the gentleman but called me back because there were around 20 bicycles assembled and ready for the shelves. And low and behold. The bicycle we were there to purchase was sitting there assembled and ready to go. We made our purchase. But only because I knew someone who worked there. Had I not known this lazy lady would have lost the $100 sale I was prepared to make. I hope this isn't common place.

So I have been to this auto repair center twice in the last 3 months and both times they have failed to be able to fix or diagnose the problem with both issues. The first was a battery that the seed was good then toke it to a parts store to find out it was a bad sell. The secount was a flat tire the seed the hole was to big to patch when I rock it to fire stone that same day they fixed it no problem. They never even pulled the pease out to see how bad the damage was. The only reason I when to Walmart in the first please was the battery was under #Warranty witch they did not Live up to. And the tire was late on a Sunday and they were the only ones open. I would not take my Bicycle to these people they don't know what they are doing and they are rude to boot.

Do Not Buy gift cards from here! I bought a $50 gift card that was never activated due to a cashier's error they will not provide you the product you paid for even if you have a receipt. I was told/yelled at by a manager that she isn't refunding the card when I never mentioned a refund and that the proof of purchase is the activation code which is incorrect and it's not her problem call xbox. I was told by xbox that Walmart is supposed to match the numbers from the top of the receipt, which are your proof of purchase numbers, and correct the issue and they have never had a store refuse to activate a card. I have been through a 9 day run around trying to get this card activated and had to ultimately contact corporate and I have been waiting 3days for a phone call from this Walmart's General manager to correct a fairly simple issue.

Horrible customer service! I bought a gift card that was never activated and when I took it back to the store with the receipt, the manager would do nothing to help! This store experiences system problems which is probably why the card was not activated at time of sale but the manager was anything but helpful! This once loyal customer is gone!!

I usually do not shop at Walmart unless I absolutely have to. However, this particular Walmart is by far the nicest Walmart I have visited. The Store was super clean, organized, and pleasant to walk through. The staff were also very polite and professional.

This store NEVER has any fried chicken for sale in it's deli section. This is the third time I have traveled over there for chicken and found none. When I asked the deli employee how long it would be before the chicken was up, I was told - in a rather snotty tone - "not for a long time". She then told me that there were plenty of rotisserie chickens out there and when I replied that I wanted the fried - she again - in a snotty tone - told me "sorry - but I am the only one working right now" I guess I will save the hassle and travel time and take my business to Meijer.

HELLA Service Ladies. Had oil change, new tires, air filter replaced, new wiper blades, and a clean car all in less than an hour and all for less than $300. Best service ever ladies you're awesome thanks for the fantastic service! I'll be back to get that $29 headlight renewed!

The auto center is a joke. I took my car there for an oil change and tire repair 3 1/2 later!!!! The lady said she couldn't find a problem with my tire, maybe the beading, then came out and showed my the air filter that it needed to be replaced, ok I gave permission, but then she came back and said she couldn't replace it, she put the old one back in because my whole housing was broken, she also said I had a oil leak somewhere. The very next day - my tire was flat so I took to a local garage and they found the nail right away - i looked at the air filter housing and one of the clamps were broke but completely functional. Now 2 months later I am smelling coolant I take my car to dealership and they stated wind sheid wiper fluid was put into my radiator fluid reservoir and the fluid was now gel. I had to pay $130 for complete flush hoping that fixes the problem, called Walmart and they said they "reviewed the tapes" and they were no where near my coolant tank. Can't find a screw in a tire, doesn't know the difference between a broken clip and broken housing (BTW no oil leak) and now the putting wiper fluid in the coolant tank. And not owning up to it.

I just have to say there was an African American employee in electronics who did a stellar job. I asked for something random and he wasn't sure where to find it or if they even had it. About 20 min later I was checking out and he found me in the checkout line to give me the item I was looking for earlier. Awesome customer service from this employee.

Automotive techs are the laziest people I have ever seen. Was told it was going to be a 1.5 hr wait to have one tire mounted but it took 3. Every time I looked out into the shop, the techs were shooting the shit or on a smoke break. Every time I asked for an update no one knew what was going on. Also the Meijer deli is way better.
