2 months ago I gave wayback a 5 star review. I was very pleased with the food.On this past Thursday January 11, 2024, my family ordered dinner for pickup. I called in and ordered a bacon double cheese burger along with other items. When my husband brought it home, my bacon double cheese burger did not have any bacon on it!!!!How are you going to mess up a burger that is supposed to automatically have bacon on it? My husband call and complained and the individual on the phone expected for us to bring the sandwich back. We stay 15 mins away which is a 30 min round trip.He did not even apologize for the inconveince of a messed up burger. There is no consistancy and no customer care. That experience brought us to the decision that we will not be spending our money there ever again!!!!!!You all need to own up to your mistake and chose to satisfy the customer. Each time we would come there we would spend between $50-$60. We will take our money to a place that knows how to treat customers.
