Waited foreverrrrr for our food. They were busy but super disorganized and weren't moving very fast. The ice in the freestyle machine wasn't working. The last time I was here I remember waiting forever for my food too.

I don’t understand how hard it is to get things right. Let’s start with the most recent occurrence. Grabbing dinner tonight and made a mobile order. I order a 10 piece-regular. Turns out, that they’re out of the regular 10 piece. That’s fine. And maybe I’m more at fault for not speaking up in the moment. But the employee handed my partner the bag and said “we’re out of regular so we have you spicy and you can just get a refund through the app”. Didn’t ask, hey is there anything we can get you? I obviously didn’t WANT spicy nuggets otherwise I would have ordered them.

And don’t even get me STARTED with the stupid app and website. Only two options to contact them anymore are live chat or phone. They USED to have an option where you could email on the website but that’s gone now. Can’t do the live chat outside 8;00-5:00, and apparently can’t call either outside 8:00-5:00 otherwise it just hangs up on you. Doesn’t tell you they’re closed. Or what times to call.
Just hangs up! How asinine.

Then, three previous times, employees have somehow managed to mistake a Dave’s double with a freaking baconator or son of a baconator. Once I can forgive. But THREE times!?!!

Oh and when they had the automated order system. Garbage! TRASH. It’s so wildly unacceptable how much idiocy is accepted in this day and age. It’s infuriating the amount of work, time, and energy it takes to get the CORRECT ORDER or to get ahold of some call center rep just to issue a damn refund.

Customer service was off the chain. Even when busy they went above and beyond to make it happen. They worked as a team and were completing tons of orders but for the life of me I can’t understand how my and why my food was cold. $26 worth of food just cold. Very irritated about that.

You could literally walk into the store, walk behind the counter and stand over the persons shoulder that's making your food and tell them your order... 11 times out of 10 they would STILL get it wrong .. which honestly doesn't matter because the food was made yesterday anyways... At least that's how it tastes. Avoid this place at all costs.

This Wendy’s always gets my order right and workers have always been pleasant. I only ever go through the drive-through so I am not sure about drinking in here but I have never had an issue with my order. They are very fast and efficient.
