Sat at the speaker for over a minute before they took my order, I gave my order, then they stopped responding. Couldn't get any response for several minutes, just static and background noise. Finally pulled up as there were no cars in front of me and a line forming behind me, got to the window and got chewed out for pulling up without being told to do so.

Slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. Food wasn't great either.

Unfortunately this has happened to me twice now, the first time I let it pass because sometimes people have a bad day and I never try to rush to conclusions or take things personal. Keeping that in mind the second time I pulled into the drive through I was having a bad day and I just wanted to brighten it by getting 2 shakes 2 big bags and some saucy covered nugget. As I pulled up to the teller I barely said to words and before I could get them out I was rudely cut off by the same exact gentleman who did it the first time only this time I was told “I said to hold on I am not ready” in the rudest manner he could possibly push out I felt and honestly lost my appetite because I didn’t understand why he snapped at me, so instead of waiting to be rudely spoken to once more I pulled off to avoid a conflict. I’m not going to lie I did cry a little because I don’t understand how Someone could have such poor customer service you don’t know what kinda day someone is having and honestly be mindful because yes I may have cried but you could have drive Simone to harm them self I work right next to this Wendy’s and I enjoy coming here if I had a bad day it was always good service but I won’t be back unfortunately this isn’t the first time he was rude I’m sure it won’t be the last either and that’s not anyways I’d like to be treated and I’m sure other customers may feel the same especially when we are spending $20+ on food. Both incidents happened around 9pm at night the second one was October 1st 9:15pm and it was a young African American man with a slurred to his speech I’m not sure of his name so I help that description helps.

I went here numerous times, they always take forever and mess up. I went in July, they sold me some potatoes that were so old they were brown and hallowed out. I waited an hour for my order, and the cinnamon pull apart sat in microwave whole time and was hard as a rock. When I went back up there they wrote on the recipt free replacement meal next visit. Today was my next visit, and they would not honor it because she no longer worked there and it was from July. Didn't know I had to return in a time frame. I was hesitant on even going, and this visit and the attitude was confirmation that I should not have. Service is everything. I won't argue, but I will put the facts out there that way others are aware. Could have said I will honor this time but in the future.... But instead he was rather rude and not a very pleasant person.

Only rated the food a zero because I wasn’t served.. pulled up at 10:30 and they informed me they couldn’t serve me due to “shift change” I politely asked how long it would take as I was on my way to work and the young ignorant woman working responded “okay BYE then” very disappointing as my child was so excited to have some fries from his favorite place.. unfortunately he’ll need to pick a new favorite because being straight up mean to a customer like that isn’t tolerable in our eyes. I work for Panda Express where we have a drive through service and as a manager I can’t imagine allowing my associate to treat my guest that way. Thanks to her we definitely won’t be back. Now I see why Wendy’s can’t catch up to us in sales?

They messed up our orders enough times and were straight up rude to me when I came in to grab a to go order that was a drive through (we had a sleeping baby in the car and the drive through line was super long). We don’t go here anymore.

Foods always cold EVERYTIME I've went there so now I avoid that place all together. Probably the worst fast-food joint in lansing, or at least on that side of town.

Every time I've gone there this year they've messed up my order. The person who took my order couldn't understand what I wanted, and she made me pay for someone else's order before handing me the wrong food. I had to tell her it was wrong before she gave me my food, albeit without a receipt so I can't file a complaint that way.

Worst Wendy's in Lansing. Don't spend your money here
