Went through about 2:30 on a Saturday, they weren’t busy. The lady at the drive through sounded unhappy about us ordering. Like she wanted to rush us through. Fries were not filled, and missing a straw for our drink, we did not receive the nuggets for a biggie bag as well. We asked for the nuggets and went back through, food was good. But not a great experience overall.

Went through the drive through and ordered a baked potato. I was told it would be a 10 min wait. Went back 13 min later and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I have celiac so there wasn't any other options for food items. I was in town for a conference and needed to head back with nothing.

Very rude customer service 10/4/25 at 12:50am. They only take DoorDash past a certain point. Okay, so I tried to place an order through the app and was told to move from the speaker. I understand No one likes to work but no one deserves to be treated like that when they come to get food from a restaurant including fast food. If you do not like your job enough to simply be kind with the way you communicate with people you need to get a different job.

We went in to order food and my five year old had to use the restroom. They refused and said both were out of order. I highly doubt both restrooms were out of order. And we were paying customers. Horrible customer service, we will not be back.
