This Wendy’s has a weird habit of not taking orders at the drive thru. What is the purpose of a drive thru if the voice on the speaker says “We don’t take orders use DoorDash”. What? How is Wendy’s okay with this? I shouldn’t have to use an app to place an order.

Horrible customer service Neema needs some classes on how to talk to people or don’t work in customer service def going to the other Wendy’s since Neema don’t know the menu either I forgot to mention that she handed me a drink with pop on the top of it so when I grabbed it, it filled all over me and my car and she just looked at me. That’s the worst service. I’ve had there in a while and I see why I haven’t been there in so long.

Went there for lunch yesterday and they were closed. Parking lot roped off. Not a fan of restaurants that just open and close randomly. Especially since it was their grand opening week. I won't ever be back!

Normally don’t go to a Wendy’s but we had some coupons so thought we’d give this location a try. Ordered two combo meals via drive-thru. After we left we discovered our drinks had no ice at all. There was no receipt in the bag either. I’m wondering if the coupons were honored at all without the receipt. The person who took our order wasn’t particularly friendly either. I guess now I know why I don’t usually go to a Wendy’s.

Whoever's working night shift needs a manager to shake things up. There is one guy who stands around looking like he has no clue what's going on while everybody else works. 30 minutes to get a salad is ridiculous.

It's just a Wendy's, but we found the drive-through was really slow to recognize us when we arrived. Also, our orders smelled more of coconut/sunscreen than actual Wendy's food.

I used the drive through, which went fairly quickly. The service was good and my order was correct. I ate every bit of it so yes, I would recommend Wendy’s food any time!
