Manager Nikisha went above and beyond to correct our order. She is very friendly and professional. Big change from the typical local fast food joint manager. Wendy's need to recognize her if they haven't already!
It's just a Wendy's, but we found the drive-through was really slow to recognize us when we arrived. Also, our orders smelled more of coconut/sunscreen than actual Wendy's food.
The food is fine, but they often forget to include items like cheese on my sandwich or sauce for my nuggets. It’s not a big deal, but it’s frustrating to come home and have missing stuff from my order.
