Worst Wendy’s. For the past three weeks they have been refusing to take orders in the drive thru and only accepting door dash orders. Some days they say it is because their register is down. Other days they say it is because they are short staffed that day. Terrible location and rude staff.

We went to Wendy’s on Monday…waited in line well over 20 mins and finally get to speaker and they told me only doing door dash orders right now…what?? Really?? Yes really…I love Wendy’s but idk if I will take that chance again!

Worst Wendy's I have ever seen. Hours are terrible to begin with, and they are often closed early. Ordered through the app and got there today and was told they were only doing Uber Eats and DoorDash orders. The place is a ghost town and they can't take an order I already paid for? No idea how they are even still open. Wendy's is great but this location is a disgrace.

I've given this location many chances to be timely. Unfortunately, it's not working well. Several times, there have been only 1-2 cars in front of me in the drive through, and the wait was 30 minutes, or more. Today I went through the drive through, and was told that they're taking only uber eats and another (grubhub or some other such things). Very frustrating that they are not accepting orders from customers who come to the store.

I understand that keeping employees can be difficult in our atrocious economy, however not being open at noon on a Saturday with no signs of the closure or reasoning for it don't look good.
I hate to be that person but if i could give a zero I would. They had me wait an hour for my mobile order, tried to get me to go away by saying they weren't taking normal orders and then when I got to the window they made me wait another 15 minutes before they told me to cancel my order after they had clicked that I had gotten it and taken my money. I've called customer service and they are saying it'll be 2 weeks for me to get a refund and that's ridiculous because I still need food for my son. The lobby was locked so people couldn't come in and get orders sooner, and the people working had all left the kitchen and weren't actively cooking

Do not go here!! They'll make you wait an hour just to take your money and not give you what you paid for! Made my girlfriend and her dad wait one hour for one mobile order that they marked as complete never got the food and the customer service people told us the refund is going to be upwards of two weeks so now we're hungry and we can't buy any other dinner because they have our money!

Had an order where the 3 burgers we ordered were so overcooked they had the consistency of a rock. Thought it was a fluke and then the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich were the same way.
