Went there last night around 8. There were employees inside but no service. They said they were closed. No signs of closure. 6 cars went through drive up while we were there! TERRIBLE! Don’t bother!

Over the last several years this location has been nothing but frustrating and difficult to visit. Many times I have attempted to visit they are either closed during normal hours or have staff but inform that they are not taking any orders at this time. The last two times I have been able to actually get food, there have been issues with both orders missing items or completely incorrect. Mobile ordering through the app seems to only work about 50% of the time at this location, or the employees do not know how to use their system (the manager has had to assist on occasion to even locate the order).I assume the issues are originating from management or owners as this has perpetually been an issue for YEARS now.My experience with today's visit (which will now be my last ever at this location): I ordered through the mobile app and proceeded to the restaurant. When I arrived to the drive-thru I was told there was only two employees there and management was not allowing any orders to be taken or processed until further notice, yet they were open. I proceeded to leave and drove elsewhere to get dinner. I drove back by the location approximately 20 minutes later on my way home and saw the drive-thru now had a line of several cars and appeared to be serving food.This location has become a joke and is impossible to expect to be able to actually get food when you order it. I have given up ever attempting again.

The past few years it's been horrible! An for some keep giving the benefit of doubt. But I can't no more. Just tried getting breakfast for my family.an it took over an hour for them to make it happen. Not to mention messed the order up. The foods gross. Can't get nothing right. An for some reason can never have a timely manner ever! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! Honestly I think I'm done with Wendy's forever now.

Worst Wendy’s Iv ever been too! Rude! Came for dinner with my handicapped uncle and they said the lobby was closed as we were walking up. While I see people sitting in there. Before this I thought I should leave and go somewhere else because I saw a worker throw food at a customer. Smh! Terrible!

20 minutes in a drive thru line to receive cold food! Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Been there three times. First time got home with uncooked chicken. They never sent the promised gift cards. Went inside once when they were open which is rare. Tonight I got home after waiting 30 minutes to find the nuggets and fries cold. I live 10 minutes from the store. They will not answer their phone. Oh I forgot the time we ordered and paid for Chocolate frostys only to be told once we received our order that the chocolate was down and would we take vanilla?!!!! I will find out who owns it and contact them!

By far the worst Wendy's I've been to. Service was extremely slow, no manager. Patrons before me had found hair in their food and the size of the burger was smaller than a kids meal burger.Will definitely NOT return.

The Drive thru line was longer than I'd like for a fast food restaurant. However, I understand because they are short staffed. The food was hot and delicious.

Took 5 minutes for someone to even come on the drive through speaker to take our order. We said hello multiple times and nothing. No other cars in the drive through and no one in the dining room - it was literally just us getting food. Worker didn’t even say hello until we were pulling away.

40 mins in line for a burger and fries….. are you trying to maximize profits by hiring 1 cook? I wasted more in gas then my entire meal. Fire every employee cause I literally watched 15 cars get In line then leave, that has to be a huge loss of money. This is a bad process and management problem. Stop hiring mfs without a HS education.
