Forgot half my order and when i went back they questioned my order and when i did get my whole order not even a simple sorry for not getting it right

Wen said they are open till midnight. I pulled up at 11:45 just to order a couple frosties. The place was totally lit up but the woman on the speaker said. We're closed, it's our truck night. What truck. No trucks to be found. Turn off your lights if you close early!!!

Just went there a little after noon. There was a sign on the drive up that said be patient there is only two of us working. That's cool thanks for the heads up. But they got on there all rude and said if you are not a Door dash order then we are not taking orders ? First of all that's not what your sign says and it's rude to dismiss a paying customer who us willing to be patient and wait. Do why doesn't the manager just close the place down!!!

First of all the door to the lobby was locked at 7pm. Secondly, the drive thru girl was ghetto. Thirdly, the chicken sandwich was cold. Just put robots instead of people who hate their job and people.

I work next door at CubeSmart I've been there three different times to go to lunch in the lobby is locked no sign on the door know nothing I don't know which one's worse this one here or the one on Kalamazoo I love Wendy's food but I hate the service I get in Lansing at Wendy's if you're going to pay them people that much money to work in a restaurant they should earn it not happy with service will never eat at Wendy's again

They constantly mess up our order (cheese when we cannot eat dairy). To make matters worse, they gave my wife a hard time when she went in to get our burgers remade without buns and cheese. Sorry you can’t do your job??? Kinda done going to Wendy’s between this and the other two in the Lansing area just generally beefing it and then being rude about it when we try to get it fixed.
This place is awful. Employees did not open lobby. When we started looking in the windows, they came and opened door to let us in and said they forgot to unlock door. All employees looked stoned or on their phones. Depressing place.

Menu never changed over from breakfast to lunch (at 11am) building still locked up at 11am, the inside through the drive through windows looks dirty AF and a bunch of people inside just standing around not doing anything. We ended up just leaving without getting anything. This place is trashy as hell.
