Ordered delivery from Matteson location through the wingsnob website. They outsourced the delivery to DoorDash and sent only half my $100 order. DoorDash blamed them, and Wingsnob refused to send the full order and offered only a refund. This was in October - still no refund, still no communication from Wingsnob despite trying all their listed customer service options and socials (as well as them responding to my Google review asking me to reach out a different way - which they also ignored).
If you're Wingsnob customer service and reading this, you can get ahold of me by responding to the Facebook message I just sent. Again. For the third time.

Ordered delivery, over an hour later we called and they say oh no one has picked up your order but we ordered directly through wing snob. Our food has been sitting getting cold and they say we will call doordash for you. So if you like cold and old food, order from here!!! We ended up canceling our order and now have no dinner after almost 2 hours.

My husband loves this place! Chicken is always good and juicy! My favorite is the waffle sauce, syrup and chicken is super yummy! I’ve never have experienced bad service, employees are always eager to help and sometimes give you free samples of their other treats!
We will absolutely loved the food! Will be back! We ordered in and had great service. Boneless wings were massive! So yummy!

It's hard to put the place in a category, if you put it under wings, it has Quakersteak and Buffalo Wild Wings but they also have a full menu. If you go with Pizza Huts Wingstop this place has no competition. With over double the wing flavors, great side orders besides fries and about 12 desserts instead of 1.
If the variety doesn't pull you in how about the portion size or the juiciness. Large white meat boneless tenders or Large traditional wings. When they say its spicy you best believe its got kick. The boom boom sauce on Big Texas is awesome. They even stamp their buns to prove they are a class business. BIG OG will surprise you with a kick.
Cauliflower wings for vegetarians is a plus. You can get them with sauce but I suggest plain with a dip. Onion Rings with Boom Boom sauce is amazing. They rave about the Fry basket but I had already ordered my full share of food.
Sonika was delightful and serviced our needs. Lastly we tried strawberry shortcake, German Chocolate and red velvet cheesecake. Any of these desserts are a hit. Plan your next meal here and dont be a SNOB.
