Your online app is broken and according to your manager at the Plymouth, MI location, it is my fault. Ordered 20 tenders with 4 dipper sauces. Rcvd 20 tenders tossed in sauce. It does say toss them in your favorite sauce for $1 more but there is no option to select toss or not to toss. Ironically, I did not get charged to toss Manager basically blamed me for their broken app and wanted to 'burn off' the sauce by refrying them rather than remaking my order or refunding. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

The sandwich was terrible and made us sick after. This was the second time trying and will not be back. On top of that it took a hour to get two sandwiches and a kids meal which was cold and we were one of the only tables in eating

I really like the food, but the quality of service and cleanliness of the store here in Richmond has seriously declined.
Decided to order through the app today, and arrived at the store(20 minutes after ordering mind you) only to find that my order would be another 30 minutes. The store wasn't even busy. There isn't a warning for long wait times through the app, nor is there a way to cancel my order, so I guess I'm sticking this one out in the parking lot.
At close to an hour wait and for the price, it's more cost and time effective to make wings at home.

This was my first time at wing snob , It was a nice place. The service was great , All the employees were helpful and kind . The wings were pretty good I would have liked them cooked a bit longer to be crispier and crunchier but they were fine. So overall I would say 4 stars

The food was really good, and we loved how the front lady gave us samples of the cornbread and sauces—it was such a nice touch, especially for our first visit! The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food made it worth it. Great experience overall!

Food is always fresh and delicious. My only suggestion would be they invest in a couple high chairs for patrons with toddlers. Other than that the staff is very friendly and the food is great.

Friendly service. Even offered a sample garlic Parmesan chicken slider while I waited. Food takes a bit because it is made to order. I ordered the OG chicken sandwich. Very good and the brioche bun was perfectly buttered and toasted. Would recommend.
The restaurant itself is small and set into a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The boneless wings me and my girlfriend got were hearty, flavorful, and quickly made. The staff was kind and asked multiple questions to ensure the best experience. I personally loved the Cajun wings and fries and will be coming back for more in the near future!
