Amazing customer service, I really liked the environment and the customer service of employees and management. They went above and beyond and made sure I choose the best sauce and order. My son is picky eater and he ate about 10 wings with mango habenaro sauce and it's my go to from now on specially Friday nights. Thank you so much for the best customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service skills. I ordered food for My wife at work, say Saginaw st and thought it was the one by her job. The order was 35$ for her and her friend. Manager on the phone told me is "a detriment to the business" to make a refund, then later said "I'm a manager that cannot issues refunds" I've called other wingsnobs asking for a manager and most locations do not keep managers on staff 100% of the time. I understand it would affect the business food cost, but to be this frugal shows how your business is run. Cheap, cut corners, and not care about your customers
Food was hot! I got the 8 piece boneless meal deal. I picked garlic parmesan and the " snobby q" sauce. The garlic parm was good but the snobby q sauce wasn't my thing. I'm not mad about it, just wasn't for me. They have tons of options for sauces and rubs. The fries will make you fail a drug test.... I could probably sit and eat them all day.

Amazing service! The food is so good and the people there are so nice and thoughtful. Never had an issue.
Don’t even bother ordering ahead of time. Their online process sucks, ordering on the phone is more trouble than it’s worth and even when you do speak with someone they won’t apply their own valid coupons and instead will ring up your order incorrectly. Pass and just make the wings yourself. Not worth the hassle.
