Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

Not worth the $30. I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and recieved five free boneless wings (Uber delivery) and my food was cold as 15-minute refrigerated water. Not to mention, the wrap didn't taste good at all. The wings were ok, but completely cold. Given my experience, I do not recommend this establishment at all. Major disappointment but it's my fault, I should have read the Google reviews.

Literally the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. Even slower than the Mason Taco Bell, which I never thought I would say. Food is good, but you will wait up to an hour to get 8 chicken wings.

Worst food I've ever had. They forgot the fries and said they'd make them fresh and they were soggy and not even remotely hot. The seasoning is god awful and I was fully convinced these would be the best cheese fries I would ever have. Tenders were like every other chicken tender. The only good thing about this place is I'm never going back and the ranch.
Humm where to begin....Hot wings on W. Saginaw,Grand Ledge Mi. cold fries, ordered seasoned fries not that great of flavor and stone cold. They make your order and place it on a backers rack in the front of the store behind the cashier.. Assuming from the signage that makes it easier for doordash and Uber eats. It doesn't do anything for the warmth of your food. I called to speak with the manager conveniently the manage had just stepped out, So the young man who answered the phone I wanted to know if he could help me, so I told him my fries were cold and that was unacceptable, he decided to tell me that he remembered my name and it was my fault because I took too long picking up my order. This pissed me off and I told him to tell his manager to have a great day and I hung up. Now the saving grace is when I got to work I was able to taste the chicken wings bone in. I will say they were delicious. I will never freak with this establishment again even with the delicious chicken wings. Customer service is lacking cleanliness of the store is lacking putting your food right out there in the front not cool. Put that food in the back, so what if your cashier has to walk back there and pick it up. Anyway this is my honest review I will never return to that establishment. Customer service does not exist there. Pay your money and take your pick I say. I don't pick that place!

I am at the wing stop in Lansing off of Saginaw and not only when I came in I was ignored for over 10 minutes before someone took my order and then only one person is cooking while other coworkers are chatting walking away on the phone terrible service I love the food but the 40 minutes wait time for barley any food is ridiculous!!!!! And one of the workers kept being on her phone and going to the back when they are clearly busy.

Regular here from ubering the orders to ordering in. The place needs a Management Change seriously! First time on first shift and I don’t even gotta ask who is the manager because it’s the one with the attitude and refusing to take customers 5 mins early when I’m already in your lobby waiting. Customer called in trying to place an order three mins early (Denied) and since they had and attitude she instructed the others not to take her order when she calls back. Reality is some people get comfortable with their positions and it’s just that. Not when you’re in customer service or food industry! Lazy is one thing but feeling privileged to not do shit and turn down money for the company is insane at $16.75 a hr ? Food is always great night shift will have you waiting a extra hr for your food though
