The wingstop in Hobbs New Mexico need to train their staff on customer service. The little girls would rather take selfies than help you out.

Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food

Have ordered 3 times and 3 times got the wrong order. Asked for a refund and after not getting it after 2 weeks I called and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Trash

Door dashed from here. I got the chicken tender meal. Got my food never received my drink. That could be the dasher fault tho. But their staff is terrible. Don’t acknowledge you when you come in and you can easily add 10-20minutes to your original waiting time when you plan on ordering from here.

Probably ly best wing experience ive had. We had the lemon pepper wings, the garlic parm wings, the Cajun fried corn and the fries. Even the fries were top tier!!

I ordered a 6 piece wings (bone in) and fries combo. 1/2 BBQ, 1/2 plain, lemon pepper fries. The sprite was good, everything else was nasty. Chicken and fries were hard like stiff and nasty. Again, it was nasty.
Update: I don't eat their food, I've been in to pick up for others. There is always a long line, staff moves super slow likes there's not a line outside the door. Most of them do not speak English well so I don't know if it's a language barrier or if the are just unfriendly. I still won't eat here again.

Service here at Wing Stop on Saginaw Rd is AWFUL. They are rude employees and do not acknowledge customers that come in the door until we get their attention. You can always add 15 or so minutes to any to go order time because your food will not be done on time. Food is decent when they actually fill our entire order and don’t leave out anyone’s meal. But something needs to change here.

They don’t greet you upon entering. I had a pick up and stood forever before she even asked my name then they sat and had a conversation while I was waiting on my food that was already ready! 3 people but nobody at the counter. A customer walked out because he was waiting to place an order and was not helped. Curious as to who is management here. They should definitely pop in and keep their staff on their toes.
