Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Wing Stop or any Wing Stop. The company is not reputable! I was visiting Myrtle Beach for my birthday back in January and stopped in Publix for supplies for the rental property we were staying in. Saw Wing Stop from the parking lot and decided it would be a good and quick dinner idea! BIG MISTAKE! I placed an order online totaling roughly $55, finished shopping at Publix- about 20-25 minutes, and headed over to Wing Stop where I was told by employee, NOAH that they were short staffed and it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR before they were able to complete my order! I told him I wasn’t waiting that long and that I would just take a refund. He explained to me that he was unable to provide a refund as I placed an online order but told me that he would pass my information along to the GM who would process my refund for me. It should go without saying that no one ever reached out to me and instead I began the grueling task of tracking down a number that actually allowed me to speak with a person. The representative took down my name and contact information and assured me that someone from the Myrtle Beach location would call me back within 24-48 hours. The GM, DAVINA (980-234-9301) did call back and requested the total amount of my purchase, the time and date that I placed the order and told me that she would pass this information along to another manager who handles refunds. Long story short, I never received my refund! I called the customer service number and called the number DAVINA called me from leaving my contact information and voicemails on multiple occasions to no avail. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank but was unable to obtain documentation from Wing Stop proving that I never received my order. Sadly, I, like so many other reviews that I’ve read am out of money so it goes without saying that I will NEVER patron another Wing Stop again! SLOW SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRESPONSIVE. ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Long story short: JUST DON’T GO THERE My first experience, I got home and found out my order was incomplete. No big deal it happens. My second trip there, A few weeks later I got home and found out that my order was incomplete. 3ed visit Ordered on line, I was to pick it up at 5:30 and it was not ready until 5:55. They assured me that I had everything but when I got home, you guessed it I had nothing for the grand children. At this point I had not left a review but I did contact the corporate office. They offered to replace my order. The next week, the day that they were to replace my order I received an email from corporate assuring me that my order would be ready at 5:00pm. I called at 4:10 “yes we have your order and it will be ready”. I entered the restaurant 5 minutes early and they had no idea what was going on. So once again I get home to my family of 13, this time with nothing. I contacted corporate again. They offered to replace the order and have it delivered to my home today. I was not at all surprised today when I received an email today telling me that they CANNOT fulfill my order at this time. I have eaten at hundred’s of restaurants in my life and I have never experienced one like this. The food, well it’s chicken wings how bad or how good can it really be? The customer service is beyond unsatisfactory, it is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere’s else. To WS restaurant and corporate office, you should be ashamed of yourself for the lack of customer service and attention to details.

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.
Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

The worst wingstop in the world. Do not go here it’s not worth it. Nobody has any urgency or care for the customers.
Not worth the $30. I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and recieved five free boneless wings (Uber delivery) and my food was cold as 15-minute refrigerated water. Not to mention, the wrap didn't taste good at all. The wings were ok, but completely cold. Given my experience, I do not recommend this establishment at all. Major disappointment but it's my fault, I should have read the Google reviews.

Literally the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. Even slower than the Mason Taco Bell, which I never thought I would say. Food is good, but you will wait up to an hour to get 8 chicken wings.

Worst food I've ever had. They forgot the fries and said they'd make them fresh and they were soggy and not even remotely hot. The seasoning is god awful and I was fully convinced these would be the best cheese fries I would ever have.
Tenders were like every other chicken tender. The only good thing about this place is I'm never going back and the ranch.
Humm where to begin....Hot wings on W. Saginaw,Grand Ledge Mi. cold fries, ordered seasoned fries not that great of flavor and stone cold. They make your order and place it on a backers rack in the front of the store behind the cashier.. Assuming from the signage that makes it easier for doordash and Uber eats. It doesn't do anything for the warmth of your food. I called to speak with the manager conveniently the manage had just stepped out, So the young man who answered the phone I wanted to know if he could help me, so I told him my fries were cold and that was unacceptable, he decided to tell me that he remembered my name and it was my fault because I took too long picking up my order. This pissed me off and I told him to tell his manager to have a great day and I hung up. Now the saving grace is when I got to work I was able to taste the chicken wings bone in. I will say they were delicious. I will never freak with this establishment again even with the delicious chicken wings. Customer service is lacking cleanliness of the store is lacking putting your food right out there in the front not cool. Put that food in the back, so what if your cashier has to walk back there and pick it up. Anyway this is my honest review I will never return to that establishment. Customer service does not exist there. Pay your money and take your pick I say. I don't pick that place!

I am at the wing stop in Lansing off of Saginaw and not only when I came in I was ignored for over 10 minutes before someone took my order and then only one person is cooking while other coworkers are chatting walking away on the phone terrible service I love the food but the 40 minutes wait time for barley any food is ridiculous!!!!! And one of the workers kept being on her phone and going to the back when they are clearly busy.
