Amazing food, we order several times a month but seems like there is ALWAYS some kind of issue or they're out of something. Whoever is in charge of their ordering supplies really needs to step their game up.

We got to Wingstop and ordered at 6:50 pm. We didn’t get our food until 7:40 pm. The woman couldn’t pronounce names and when I spelled it to her she looked like she didn’t know what I was saying. Come to find out our order got placed on the online pick up shelf 20 minutes prior and when she finally realized she told me she said my name three times and I didn’t answer. She was saying, “Andy, Andy, Andy?” The order for me was “Caitlin”. Our food was cold and half the order was wrong. Staff was rude and kept telling people, “We are busy hold on.” Another thing, Wingstop, if you have employees who have trouble with English you need to train them better. Plus you had two employees working one cooking and one taking orders. Food was gas station standard but slightly lower.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

Guy at the counter with extremely odd. He keeped on looking me up and down. Wasn't sure sure if he wanted to fight or to go on a date. Food was good though

Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food
