I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to shout out the amazing team at Wingstop in Lansing. I placed a last-minute order and expected it to be a hassle, but Krish and Frooti were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I called. They made sure everything was taken care of quickly and with such a positive attitude. The food came out hot and fresh, and their customer service honestly made my day. I wondered why the ratings were so low after my first time here because the food really is good. After my second trip I understood the low ratings. Service and atmosphere is horrible. Employees unorganized and arguing. I’ve been waiting an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes. Still waiting…
