“I’ve been going to Brian’s for Breakfast and dinner for the last 3 yrs now. The breakfast time is great. All the breakfast smells coming from the kitchen reminds me of breakfast with my grandma. The food tastes great no matter what I order! Lunch is just as good as the breakfast meals , always giving you more than you can eat. Dinner time is amazing always making the best of their specials . There is room for improvement. The afternoon shift is very nice and bubbly! The music 🎶 is horrible always playing hard rock instead of something more appropriate like easy listening or country, not rock! People were complaining to each other and didn’t stay long. I probably won’t go if they continue to play the hard rock music. I want to eat my dinner and relax. I love this restaurant, with room to improve I see this restaurant becoming the best and most talked about place to dine.”

“Had a celebration dinner for my mother’s birthday and everything was top notch! The food was excellent, the server did a perfect job, and even the hostess team made sure to play along for the suprise party waiting for her at the table. The CHEESECAKE!!! Oh my goodness! Thank you!”

“First time was Mt Pleasant and the food was great! All of us loved it! Went to Bay City first time and it was great too! True mid eastern pita bread from the Detroit bakery. Everything was super FRESH and the food cooking & prep area was very clean! This is pretty close to the best quick pita shops around Canada! We will definitely eat at any of the locations with confidence they’ll all be great!”

“a couple weeks ago my family got a messed up pizza from here. we called and told them what was wrong, the young lady on the phone was nice about it, very apologetic, and let management know. today I got a coupon in the mail to replace our order. we used it tonight and this pizza was AMAZING!!! One of the best I've ever had from here. I understand mistakes happen, and thank you mancinos for correcting the problem and making it right. my family loves this restaurant. next time we come, we will be there for the awesome grinders!”

“First time coming here my boyfriend and I tried the bagel sandwich with bacon it was warm and buttery they were amazing We also tried the doughnuts let’s just say they are better the Krispy Kreme and Dunkin’ Donuts You can tell they are made fresh every morning”

“The waitress made me a custom nacho not on the menu, absolutely based. Though it is a bar it did have a bunch of boomers swearing like sailors around 7pm with my kid there. I'll chalk it up to the average age in lapeer being 70.

Either way will visit again (and even bring my kid too)”

“We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!”

“pizza is good but service is terrible. the gal was in the back when I entered as she came around to counter no greeting or anything just stared at me like I was a bother for being there. I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.”

They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. Keep up the good work. I will go out of my way to visit your establishment in the future.”

“miss Hope T. gave me the best customer service i’ve ever received. i also want to point out how collected the new guy at the front was. he gave amazing customer service also. i had to come back in because my order was messed up (not really, they just split the chicken up in a different way than what i asked because of the way their system was.) i will admit, i was a bit snappy because my 10 month old started getting cranky and i had to walk all the way back to the front after getting to my car and checking the food. she was not rude what so ever. she was super sweet, made everything right, and made sure i was happy. she also got me in and out. i didn’t even have to wait no more than a couple minutes. GIVE MY GIRL HOPE A RAISE! ❤️”
