Food has always been fresh and hot, the lobby/ drink station is always clean. Always greeted and helped in a timely manner. This is my go to Arby’s location.

I have to say this was the fastest Arby's I have ever been to. I figured the person in front of me must have just ordered a pop. However when I hit the window behind him, my food was ready and in the bag. Super fast, and the order was right ! Nice 👍

Came around 7 to an empty restaurant. Had a large order, 60 bucks worth of food. Had a family to feed. Person who took order was short w my wife and seemed bothered that we were there.
Food was cold and squished in the middle w hand prints. Chicken sandwich was missing it's chicken. Soda was wrong flavor.
Took photos and went back. Manager didn't apologize for the mistake or how we were treated. Was more concerned about how much money to refund instead of showing any sort of semblance of a managerial response. Treated us like we were scammers.
Didn't offer anything other than refund. Let's see how corporate feels. TERRIBLE Assistant Manager.

Food was pretty good. However i made an online order but did not get it til about 10 minutes after it was ready.
Apparently reading is hard..............ordered regular chicken sliders online, got buffalo. Lunch break is over and I have no lunch. Thanks.
