The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine, not just doing their job but actually making you feel like you belong there. One of the owners even came over, spent time talking with us, and treated us to an appetizer—something you just don’t see much anymore. Our waitress, Vanessa, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell this place is built on good people who care. Absolutely love this place. 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Super amazing coffee and wonderful staff. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Plus, I love supporting a women- and veteran-owned coffee company. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the peanut butter blonde coffee could be a little better. But that’s coming from a peanut butter lover and someone who’s had another peanut butter coffee from somewhere else that was on point. But I still love the peanut butter blonde; I just want to see them improve on the recipe :) . Oh, and they have the other peanut butter coffee beat even if the other one had better flavor; they don’t use artificial flavors, and I love that.”

Love the variety😍 my kids and I were going to make a video for a review but the cookies are gone! 🤣 elephant ear was my favorite with the cream cheese center!! No need for crumble cookie.. when there’s kookys N cream🥰 the chocolate peanut butter moon pie looks amazing but they had just sold out! Next time I will try one!!”

“Went in around 5pm today 4/11/24. The two ladies working were super friendly and fast. The store was really clean and neat and the bathroom was clean and smelled good as well. We took our subs home and they were delicious.”

“We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!”

They are made to order and this might be the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. Award winning type flavor. Devin and Toni were very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back in soon”

Everything was cooked to perfection, ingredients were fresh and the vegetables still had some crispness to them. The Pa-Nang Curry was something new to me and I’m so glad I tried it! It had more heat than I was expecting (like medium) but no complaints. The fresh Thai basil really brought the flavors all together which were amazing… mmm soooo good! 🤤 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.”

“Sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have always been great and this time was no exception. I have eaten at many different locations. But the one in Lapeer this morning stood out from all the others. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. Keep up the good work. I will go out of my way to visit your establishment in the future.”

“If Donovan isn’t employee of the month yet, someone needs to fix that immediately 😂 From the second we sat down at B-Dubs, he was ON IT. Drinks magically refilled before we even realized they were low, food came out perfect, and somehow he managed to keep the whole table laughing while handling a busy restaurant like a pro. The man deserves his own flavor of wing sauce at this point. Seriously though, amazing service, great energy, and the kind of server that turns a regular dinner into a really fun night out. 10/10 — give Donovan a raise!”
