I ask a million questions wherever I go and she answered them all with a smile and gave great recommendations. I've loved Woodchips for years. The food is always great. The service was definitely top notch with this visit. We will definitely ask for Heather the next time we dine! Thank you!”

“We went to Lake Inn while visiting Lapeer. The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations. We got a green tea shot which was mixed perfectly. The French onion soup was so flavorful and good. We got the steak special, chicken quesadilla, fish tacos, club sandwich, and walleye dinner. All were great only recommendation was the walleye fish could have been crispier. It was a little soggy”

“We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!”

“This is a very chill bar/restaurant.
It felt so friendly and comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The decor is absolutely amazing, and I it checks off all the right boxes for a great place for a good time.
Nicole, the bartendress, was a wonderful hostess and fun to talk to.
Jamie does wonders in the kitchen as everything, including what I ordered, looked delicious. I ordered the Detroit Steak Sub, and not only did it look delicious, it absolutely was delicious.
This is a must stop if you're looking for a great place to chill, have a drink, and get a bite to eat.”

“a couple weeks ago my family got a messed up pizza from here. we called and told them what was wrong, the young lady on the phone was nice about it, very apologetic, and let management know. today I got a coupon in the mail to replace our order. we used it tonight and this pizza was AMAZING!!! One of the best I've ever had from here. I understand mistakes happen, and thank you mancinos for correcting the problem and making it right. my family loves this restaurant. next time we come, we will be there for the awesome grinders!”

“I ordered a pizza on August 13, 2024 at around 8pm, not only was it delivered quickly and professionally by a very nice driver. Whoever made my pizza did an absolutely amazing job. That was the best pizza I've had in a while, it was cooked exactly the way I wanted. There where plenty of toppings all evenly spread onto the pizza, it was picture perfect.Thank you for the amazing meal??”

“Sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have always been great and this time was no exception. I have eaten at many different locations. But the one in Lapeer this morning stood out from all the others. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. “pizza is good but service is terrible. the gal was in the back when I entered as she came around to counter no greeting or anything just stared at me like I was a bother for being there. I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.”

Everything was FRESH and TASTED GREAT. I live in Port Huron and I will be making the trip to Lapeer when I get hungry for Chinese food ..... ITS JUST THAT GOOD !!!!!”

We usually have a great time getting food here and never really had issues other than one time which management made it up to us.
