“This place was amazing—it honestly felt like home the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine, not just doing their job but actually making you feel like you belong there. One of the owners even came over, spent time talking with us, and treated us to an appetizer—something you just don’t see much anymore. Our waitress, Vanessa, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell this place is built on good people who care. Absolutely love this place. 10/10. “The food is pretty tasty. We’ve tried the boneless wings, they had a good coating and were hot. The All American burger was a little over cooked but still enjoyable. The triple smash cheeseburger was filling and cheesy. The mushroom burger was delicious and juicy.

The service was just ok. Had trouble getting anyone’s attention when needed drink refills. And they sat us right next to the claw games. I didn’t think much of it. Places have these but I’ve never seen anyone playing them. This night though a mother and her 4 very young children decided they all need to be pawing all over them. No money to play and just running around. Just as our food arrived. We did ask to move tables. This is a place with families, little children.

It is a little loud with the over head music. There are MANY TVs on an assortment of sports. On screen trivia and lottery games. Fun.

They have a good deals and the fries are hot!! Very important. The cookie dessert is mouthwatering.“

“We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!“

“One of the best little ceasars locations I’ve ever been to, and I eat a shameful, dangerously unhealthy amount of pizza. It’s a brand typically associated with best value or an affordable meal, but far less do you hear them mentioned as quality. This location consistently brings good quality food into the conversation. While some would respond that it’s still little Caesar’s, this one at least, definitely cares enough to consistently try to do well and make food that’s good, when others shoot for simply good enough. Furthermore, it’s nice to see a counter serve establishment that still tries to be pleasant when interacting with customers. It’s becoming more and more accepted, for interactions between an establishment and its customers to be dry, impersonal, and lack any sort of pleasantry whatsoever. That alone justifies honorable mention to the consistency with which I’ve had pleasant interactions with staff. At this location, I’ve never had an unpleasant one.“
