I am not very pleased with how I have been treated. There is one girl in specific who always seems to have attitude no matter the time I come in. Not very friendly and does not have good customer service. Everything seems like an inconvenience if you modify your order.

This location is undoubtedly one of the cleanest l've visited! The staff is always so friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to Lily. She consistently ensures my order is perfect every single time I walk in. For that, I give her and the entire team a sparkling five stars!

Normally come here almost every morning before work, and they get my order right 75% of the time and when the do the coffee is so good. This morning I went there and got my usual iced coffee 3 cream and vanilla. When I got up there they thought it was a hot coffee. Which whatever no big deal, I let them know it’s iced. Then they hand it out and it is an ice coffee with maybe 3 melted ice cubes and no creamer. Again not a big deal I just let them know “hey normally it doesn’t look like this can you add more cream, I’m sorry for the hassle” The girl then proceeded to look at me roll her eyes and sigh loudly, saying “yup” in a sarcastic tone grabbed my cup and walked away. It took be back because she was extremely rude and I ended up having to throw the watered down coffee away, it did not taste right so I wasted money. I would have went back and gotten a refund but I had another appointment and after how I was treated I will never be going back….

4 employees and we still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the sandwich to be made in our order to be finished because they were goofing around and just playing behind the counter.Instead of making the food we watch them the whole time and mentioned several times asking if our food would be ready till they finally started it

I would give them 5 stars, but once a month I don't get the drinks I ordered. They're wrong. Well it might be less than that, but it seems to be at least once a month. And it's never with the same people so idk. But great service every time I'm there. Not a horrible wait time in the drive-thru when it's long and they're always super nice. I truly have no issues.
