Used to be a favorite. Service and food quality is not what it used to be. Have noticed this trend last 2 visits. We go here because Lucky's in Davison has gotten so bad.

My only reason for the 4 on service was I ordered a coke to drink and water was brought. Otherwise everything was very good; both food and service.

The zip sauce was awful. It tasted like a neutral oil and everything kept separating. I've never had one do that before eating at these chains.
The steak was cooked perfect but absolutely no flavor. And there was no flavor on the potatoes and they were cold. Our waitress was very busy so I wasn't bothering her with any issues. She was absolutely amazing and helpful and right ontop of our table with refills. She was wonderful.

I recently learned of the issue shared below. The cruelty shown to this special needs person and their family by the servers and manager was cold-blooded. There are much better places to spend my money.
***** Yes this is so true we took my nephew to the blind fish for dinner he is really overweight and is special needs these dinners mean the world to him. It’s the only time he gets out in the real world when we went into the restaurant there was 3 or 4 young girls working there as soon as they saw him they started making fun of him making jokes about putting the whale in the back of the restaurant so nobody could see him.he started crying and wanted to leave . It turned out 1 of the girls was the one bring our food. Our tip was not the 25% we normally leave because of this As we left she looked at me and called me a bit_h. He had ask for more bread as it was taking forever to get our food. And she walked up to another girl and said well there goes all our bread. We only ask for extra bread 1 time and I have seen a lot of people ask for more bread. I said something to the manager before we left and I was told the girls have the right to free speech. We drove down to Macomb Two to get him because this is where he wanted to go and all the way back just to be made fun of not cool we we eat out all the time and if this is how the employees are trained we won’t be back. Sad world we live in. ?

Lucky's is good this night they were rather busy leading to a wait on silverware glasses other than that food was good but slightly over cooked prime rib n lobster none the less great meal

It took 40 minutes for 2 meals with 2 8oz sirloins and my brother has an allergy that he mentioned so he couldnt eat the salad because of the ingridients mixed with his alergetic cause. The waitress had said she would get the manager and he never showed up. Would not recomend this place at all.

Unbelievable service. Hate writing this about one of my favorite restaurants. But wait staff was horrible. Sat for 15 min before someone acknowledged me. 5 servers came out and looked at me and hightailed back into kitchen. On a Thursday night not busy at all. Then my salmon salad, after I ordered had a gritty sandy substance that stayed in my teeth. No real attempt by “manager” to make it right. All she did was have waiter charge for my drink. Been coming here ever since it was at bdubs location. Unfriggen believable!!! Are YouTube videos being made dropping food on floor and serving to customers?? I never send back food or complain but tonight sucked. 09/19/2024 6:30-8pm. This staff is going to run this business into the ground… If you eat here make sure your salad is washed and clean.
