Worst service ever 2 orders came out after party was done eating server got my order wrong even though I pointed to it on the menu. Lobster is so tough, and over done shrimp scampi has no flavor, asparagus was cold. I was there a couple of weeks earlier and ordered the same thing and it was perfect. Manager said they would have correct meals out in about 6 minutes and 15/20 minutes later they asked if we wanted our meals boxed to take home after getting there around 7pm we left around 8:50pm so around 9pm I got to eat my cold lobster tail, shrimp scampi and salmon at home. I am totally disappointed

Restaurant is on downward trend, dirty glass doors, tables feel greasy, as do the floors and bathrooms. Food is adequate, service was great, but did feel a little queasy by the time I got home, wife felt the same. I believe their cleaning and sanitation practices are sub standard. Three young people up front as hosts, standing around talking, when they could have been cleaning. This seems to happen to all the Lucky affiliate restaurants. Don't think I will be returning.

My first experience at this restaurant I was seated and had to wait for a waiter to come, which never did. I had a return to the host station to get a waiter. Finally, he came asked for water and a glass of wine came with the wine, but no water never returned with the water I had to go to the bar to get a glass of water! I ordered a salad with no tomato. It came with tomato. The food was wrong.! Horrible horrible service he never clear the plates Left dirty plates on the table, never cleared the table a very unpleasant experience one that I will never return!!EJ Nicks will be my place to go !!the server was Rowen.!!! The place was dirty food and steak knives on floor!!!!! Table very sticky!!! My first visit and my last visit!!!! I will be dining at EJ Nicks!!

My Grandfather's birthday lunch was fantastic, thank you! He loved it. He got a French Dip with Root Beer and French Onion Soup, and I had the Char Grilled Salmon with Brussels Sprouts and Potato soup!

Came in and ordered 3 side salads and a cup of soup. No greeting at the door both just stared at me. Neither on them wanted to take my order finally after one looked around she decide to take it. I waited 30 minutes and still did not receive my food greeter just kept staring at me im not sure if she thought it was funny i was waiting so long for a few salads not sure but no communication. I went to eg nicks instead! Absolutely ridiculous I didn't even order anything that cooks if the soup wasn't ready I should have been told that.
