Was there today only my second time eating there. Waited over 40 min for two sample platters and when we got them both cold!!!!Food was dropped and no one came back to check anything. Sorry but will not be back.

had chicken nuggets and they were good but my wife ordered a chicken wrap and it was made with shredded chicken and did not care for it that way . what happened to the tenders?

Ordered appetizers and they came relatively fast but we were almost done eating them before the waitress came back and took our order for our main meal. The restaurant wasn't that busy but yet we waited 45 more minutes for our chicken wings to come out. The waitress and the manager came over a couple different times and assured us it would only be a few more minutes. If I would have known it was going to be that long I would have got my bill and left. And to top it off the wings came out just warm

Saturday, 12/15/2025, 6:30pm — The only reason I’m writing this review is because of the way the girl (hostess) that’s greeting people at the door is “welcoming” patrons (including me and my son) as we come in. She’s not saying hello, she’s not saying “welcome to B-Dubs”, she’s not smiling, she’s not even asking how many in the party… no, the VERY first thing she says is “we’re at a 25 minute wait.” That’s it. Nothing else. Clearly she’s hoping it discourages people from wanting to dine-in. Clearly hates her job. Not welcoming. — I haven’t been to B-Dubs in a few years and regardless if the food and waitstaff are outstanding tonight, she spoiled it from the second we walked in. — The other guests who chose to wait along with us are discussing this same thing without me saying anything to them. The girl even told one group they would be required to stay in the lobby (as opposed to sitting in their car) where there is only seating for 3-4 people if they decide to wait. — Tell me why I wanna come back to a restaurant when the first thing I’m made to feel is like you don’t want me here. - Yes, I had the time to write this because I chose to wait. I give this hostess ZERO stars.

This BWW is by far the best we have been to. The staff is always nice and well informed. Our waitress Jamie, was on top of everything, drink refills, making sure our order was correct and basic chit chat. We will definitely be back!

The food is pretty tasty. We’ve tried the boneless wings, they had a good coating and were hot. The All American burger was a little over cooked but still enjoyable. The triple smash cheeseburger was filling and cheesy. The mushroom burger was delicious and juicy.
The service was just ok. Had trouble getting anyone’s attention when needed drink refills. And they sat us right next to the claw games. I didn’t think much of it. Places have these but I’ve never seen anyone playing them. This night though a mother and her 4 very young children decided they all need to be pawing all over them. No money to play and just running around. Just as our food arrived. We did ask to move tables. This is a place with families, little children.
It is a little loud with the over head music. There are MANY TVs on an assortment of sports. On screen trivia and lottery games. Fun.
They have a good deals and the fries are hot!! Very important. The cookie dessert is mouthwatering.
