to start my appetizers were cold. the dish the buffalo chicken dip was served in was cold enough to grab bare hands. waited 15 minutes for a refill never got it walked up to the bar then got noticed i needed somthing. received our food after being there for an hour 5 outa 6 were cold. the wrong sauces were given on our wings the server didnt listen to the difference sauces for our 20 piece wings orders. burger cold. manager kept ignoring the table just so she didnt have to deal with our table. this was the 2nd chance i had given this location. i will never be back i will make a drive to a different location and plan to contact the higher up since the manager on duty did not want to do anything to help.

I stopped by here for a solo business lunch. I seated myself and was promptly addressed by my server. I got the 10-boneless wing lunch special, which is always a great value. The chicken was good, but the fries were old, lukewarm, and not very good. My server took good care of me.
There is a high/low booth and bar seating, a full bar, and WiFi, but you must ask for the password. The bathrooms are clean, but the entry doors are filthy. I’ve been to other BW3s with cleaner and fresher food, but I appreciate the excellent service.

I stopped by here for a solo business lunch. I seated myself and was promptly addressed by my server. I got the 10-boneless wing lunch special, which is always a great value. The chicken was good, but the fries were old, lukewarm, and not very good. My server took good care of me. There is a high/low booth and bar seating, a full bar, and WiFi, but you must ask for the password. The bathrooms are clean, but the entry doors are filthy. I’ve been to other BW3s with cleaner and fresher food, but I appreciate the excellent service.

Came in at 1 p.m. on a Thursday, a time at which most restaurants, including this one, aren't too terribly busy for lunch. We sat ourselves, as the sign says, and waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Another 10 waiting to get my drink and food order taken, then waited 35 minutes for a cheese burger and Ceasar Salad. Waitresses were no where to be seen, no checking on out tables, and other customers in the restaurant hooting and whistling and yelling like we're in the hood. The food was subpar at best, unfortunately we will not be returning to this location. Hopefully other locations are better than the Lapeer one.

The food is good! Like most places, things can be off sometimes. I wish I remembered our waitress' name because she was amazing! The bathroom was pretty clean and i like the outdoorish seating option because it's pretty dark inside.

We stopped going to BWW because of this location. Food is gross. The Manager, she actually argued with me instead of realizing her cooks are horrible at their job. She's horrible at her job. To bad. We used to go to BWW 2 to 3 times a week. NEVER AGAIN. Molded sides, came with our food. So disgusting to see mold on something they served to a paying customer. Then took no responsibility. I even wrote to the company and they gave me some points on my account like that's gonna fix the disappointment and better yet... Make me come back. Yuck! Crappy location, ruins it for the company.

It's a typical chain restaurant. The food is good, as should be expected for the size of the brand. Service sets this location apart. They are fantastic. They obviously have had training and bought into the concept of teamwork. Very good atmosphere.

I quit coming here almost two years ago. The service has always been complete trash. My wife and I decided to try it again. In hope they had better than sub par servers. Think again, the most simple thing ever was jacked up to say the least. Order three ice waters WITH LEMON. Server brings water with not one lemon. I refrained from mentioning anything to her. 10 minutes later she brings one slice of lemon in a napkin. So of course it’s covered in paper fibers. Never again.
drinks are great, food is hot! the menu didn’t mention something being on one of our apps but the manager and our lovely waitress took care of us and replaced it with not extra charge!

When we sat down there was a table next to us that looked like it had 10+ people. All the dishes, food scraps and cups where there when we sat down, and stayed there after we left over an hour later and the wait staff was just sitting in a both behind us folding silverware into napkins and joking around. I get it when your really busy to let a table go for a minute or two but not for over an hour.

Long wait even if empty walked in saw wait to be seated sign no restaurant wasn’t busy we waited after minutes I had to wave someone and they came up to ask what we wanted for me to have to tell her to do her job don’t know if it’s because we are a minority but it’s definitely not the first time it’s happened to us there but gotta do better

I have given this location a few chances and will no longer be going here. First, unrelated to the location, the bundle deals are not deals, you pay more than if you bought individually. Today I ordered three sauces for 15 wings and only got two. The chicken was incredibly hard and dry. Honestly I had to spit a piece out and it was just all around not good at all.
