I have given this location a few chances and will no longer be going here. First, unrelated to the location, the bundle deals are not deals, you pay more than if you bought individually. Today I ordered three sauces for 15 wings and only got two. The chicken was incredibly hard and dry. Honestly I had to spit a piece out and it was just all around not good at all.

miss Hope T. gave me the best customer service i’ve ever received. i also want to point out how collected the new guy at the front was. he gave amazing customer service also. i had to come back in because my order was messed up (not really, they just split the chicken up in a different way than what i asked because of the way their system was.) i will admit, i was a bit snappy because my 10 month old started getting cranky and i had to walk all the way back to the front after getting to my car and checking the food. she was not rude what so ever. she was super sweet, made everything right, and made sure i was happy. she also got me in and out. i didn’t even have to wait no more than a couple minutes. GIVE MY GIRL HOPE A RAISE! ❤️

Just had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I gotta give a shoutout to my server, Natalie! From the moment I sat down, she was super friendly and attentive. She knew the menu inside and out and helped me pick the perfect sauce for my wings (Chipotle BBQ, if you're wondering – killer!).
What really stood out was how on top of everything she was, even though the place was packed. My drinks were always full, and she checked in just the right amount without being annoying. Plus, she had a great attitude and made the whole meal a blast.
Honestly, Natalie made the whole experience 10 times better. If you're heading to Buffalo Wild Wings, hope you get her as your server – you won't be disappointed!

Figured I'd give it another try on dining in here tonight. . . Was reminded why we dont ever go here. Very slower service. We are talking 20 minutes without anyone asking if we wanted refills. . . All 4 drinks empty. Or if we want a box or dessert. Manager walked past us over 8 times and didn't even say anything to us or ask if we needed anything. . . With our plates all stacked and empty cups on full display. One waiter that 2asnt even ours did stop and ask if we wanted anything else and we did order dessert since our wings were dry,chewy and cold. Plus our kids deserved a treat for eating well and being patient. . . Mistake for thawing cheese cake . . . Took another 20 minutes. . . And our dishes were luckily taken from the hard working waitress that wasn't even ours who took our order for desert. I still tipped over the 22% recommended tip. . . But we will never return. Staff wasn't rude. . . They just were slow and not the greatest customer service and when you have over an $80 bill with cold food and no refills. . . Not the greatest experience.
I don't like leaving poor reviews but I think it's needed. . . Hopefully a little budge for the business to do better. . . But it seems to just be getting worse every time I've gone.

Had terrible service, food poisoning and sour Busch light all in two back to back visits with friends at this one we never go too. 10/10 not worth the time we wasted sick for how little anyone cared the second time we were back to just have some apparently soured draft Busch light, bottled Busch light was perfect though. No one cared when I tried to tell them that there might be (definitely) something wrong with the keg.... Oh well never again for me

Worse bww I've ever been in waited 15 minutes while I counted over 10 empty tables hostess only came to her station 1 time refused to answer how long the wait there was... she stayed away we watched her wash a clean table 3 times even the group behind us noticed this so I ask a waitress to get me a manager he came said we're busy as I pointed out numerous empty tables so I ask are you seating us our are we leaving he said it'll be a few we walked out as did the groups behind us.....poor management.... will never be back...... party of 4 3/9/25

Spent almost $100 on food for takeout tonight an the chicken was all so over cooked it hurt your teeth to eat an the fries were overcooked too, to where they were hard. Not getting food from here again.

For a night you could tell there was miscommunication in the kitchen, our waitress and manger were amazing! Well done ladies!

We came in as a family Wednesday night with a party of 9. 5 kids 4 adults. My husband ordered an ice tea...my toddler tipped it over on accident. A server (who wasn't ours) placed a 'floor wet' sign. Never offered to help clean it up, get a refill nothing. We still had to pay for said tea that my husband never had the chance to drink. I understand it was our fault, but not a single employee offered help. Second, we moved to a larger table, with the help of our server. She took all of our drinks and never brought new ones back. So the entire dinner, we had nothing. Once our food was delivered, she disappeared. Wanted to ask for more water, but she was nowhere to be found. And third, the kitchen REALLY needs to upgrade how they do things. I shouldn't have to wait almost an hour to receive my food. This isn't the first time we have had a terrible experience. Any other bdubs, you have great service. Lapeer, not so much.
