Food was perfect tasted like it was cooked fresh unlike McDonald's always seems like they reheat everything, here the food and service were both good no complaints.

You shouldn’t allow people to place mobile orders when the store is not open. Additionally, you should turn off your lights and not have employees inside and outside the store while you’re supposedly closed. And employees yelling at customers in the parkIng lot is also NOT cool! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies.

Sad when your husband and daughter go here only for the employees, manager included, all talk shit about them bc THEY can't understand him and my daughter ended up telling an employee what they wanted to order. Funny thing just bc you don't understand him, but he understood you all talking shit about him. This location SUCKS, employees are lazy like it's below their pay grade to do their JOB they get paid for, their sign says 24 hours but still only open 9am-5pm half the time. BIG EFFING JOKE this location hope their bosses see this and fires the whole crew and managers alike for being racist & lazy
The food was like reheat not fresh. The biscuit fell apart because it was heated to long bacon was burnt. Talked to a team member the food is not check for Correct temperature. The bacon is left out in a container under the prep table for up to 5 days. Alone with the mayonnais an tarter sauce. Food is never thrown away after the temp is espires. It is just reset. The GM of the store is very rude. Dose not care about her workers. An the store the rest is very unhealthy an very dirty. Nothing gets clean . Food is left on the floor. If the health department came in the place would be closed down.

No one to take me order so I used the kiosk. Waited over 20 minutes for two burgers, fries, and totes. I understand because it looks like only 3 people were working. Asked the lady at the counter if this was a bacon cheese burger because it was the size of a junior burger. She said that is what the sticker says and turned back around. I have never had a regular bacon burger this small before. Photo to compare my Steakhouse burger.

This is a convenient stop on the way up into the Thumb. We will not be stopping in again. The first time was in the drive thru our food was warm at best. Our second time I went in. When I started to get p ur drinks, I noticed a decent amount of mold on the ice chutes. I asked for ice from the back in hopes it was cleaner. When we stopped in tonight, the ice chutes were nasty again. We won't be going back. You can not tell me this machine gets cleaned daily. It will not let me post the pictures but they will be on my Facebook post.

The play area is closed at 12 noon. I brought the kids from 15miles away specific for that reason. Go anywhere else.
