Bacon, which we added and paid for as listed on our receipt, was left off of our sandwich. The sandwich, the Brisket Melt, wasn't very appealing and our chicken strip were overcooked and looked old.
Automated order system is horrible. Never understands what I want. Also it takes them forever to get you your order now. They used to have my order ready when I reached the window. Now I wait 7 mins. Ridiculous.
Edit*** Management reached out and correct the messed up order by replacing the entire order.
We usually have a great time getting food here and never really had issues other than one time which management made it up to us.
We will keep coming here as long as we continue getting that kind of customer service!
