Dairy Queen is our go to ice cream in town. We love all the flavors offered, love how blizzards are full to the top, unlike competitors. The food is better than any fast food, and better quality. Its more affordable, than most fast foods.

Quick, friendly service! Kids loved their chocolate ice cream cones dipped in chocolate. My Banana split was very good (a little less peanuts would of been best but not complaining!) Couple of tables could of been cleaned a little better. Over all happy with the experience!

Love their blizzards. Disappointed that their food has changed. Fries taste like bad oil and their burgers no longer taste like real meat (taste more like McDs fake food)

I went up there to get my ice cream cake I ask really nicely to get my ice cream cake that I order and they wouldn't give me the cake and they were cussing at me and they were hiding in the back and wouldn't give me that cake so this employee that was taking orders stop what he was doing and gave me the cake cuz the manager wouldn't give me the cake so the employee gave it to me that was more professional then the manager he was unprofessional and was cussing alot I never seen a manager been so unprofessional like that In my life I work at a fast food place and I would never cuss at customer

I used to go to this Dairy Queen every time I went to Lapeer. This WAS the best location in Michigan. Person was rude at the drive thru. I spent 48 dollars on lunch. An order of fries was missing. I went in to ask for the order to be fixed. The worker told me I was wrong and to recheck my bag. I explained that it wasn't in there. He basically called me a liar and I needed to go. I was pretty upset and had some choice words. New management team is garbage. Willing to loose a customer over fries????

Never been inside we tend to go through the drive thru. But still no issues, ice cream has been made correctly and my little ones love it when they tip it upside down.

My hsuband preordered a cake and was limited to the amount of characters he could write online and so it was something illiterate so he went to Dairy Queen and asked them to change it to something better. They said they would. Picked it up and it says the illiterate bs he asked them not to put. My mom picked it up and I realized it afterwards. I called they said they have the note but didn’t know who’s cake it was for? Ummm sounds like the employees are not doing their job. They then told me there was no one there to fix it. It’s my 30th I’m 8 months pregnant and all I wanted for my birthday was a funny cake this is just dumb and illiterate!!! I’m so sad.

Last time I will be going there. They messed up my blizzard and long wait when no one else was there. No toilet paper and I was given a attitude when I asked someone to go in there to refill. I will go to another dq next time

Locked a family in the store and the family had to get an employee to unlock the door. (Which is a no-no in the business world.) The manager opened the door, let the family go, and told us lobby closed at 9pm when it was not posted on the door. However was posted that it was open till 10 pm.
