I really can't believe they have a kids dance studio in the same plaza! Was home for the holidays Greg's used to be one of my favorite places. I heard that they went downhill, but figured I'd check it out myself. Dinner was ok at best. Crazy expensive $17 for a cold club sandwich is insane! Hospitality was 2/10.What's more insane is watching the employees trying to leave at the end of the night.Now I understand the rumors of why it went to shit. Between prices and attitudes it wasn't worth it.Then hanging out for a minute in the parking lot before leaving. We watched a silver banged up Ford barely come around the building then drive right out into traffic almost causing an accident! The owners really need to enforce some rules and maybe hospitality training. Sadly won't be back was once a really good place!!

My family and I have been coming here for over the past 3 years since we’ve moved to the area. Service is always spectacular and glad to see the same servers that have been around since we’ve started coming here. Disappointed to see all these bad reviews of people complaining about their food, which of course happens here and there, but they don’t decide to bring it to the serves attention because I know Greg’s would fix their concern in a heartbeat. Nonetheless, this is one of our go to restaurants with consistent great service and quality food.

A group of friends get together once every few months for a Friday night dinner out with spouses. We've been to Greg's twice now and both times it has been wonderful. The food is delicious, service is always top-notch. It's very busy on Friday nights, but even with a party of 10 to 12, we never have to wait very long. It's always very enjoyable

Large family rented a working farm vrbo for the long weekend for an early thanksgiving family celebration. Not everyone arrived at the same time, and while we prepped for the next day feast we realized we had not planned on dinner plans Friday night for the 7 of us that were in the area prior to dinner. The place was PACKED with a very lengthy waiting time. The staff were hustling, and it was pretty cleared out when we left around 7:30 so I see why they probably can't expand to a larger venue.
Zero complaints from anyone on the quantity and quality of food. The French dip was perfect sized, and perfectly shaved. Father inlaw said his French Onion soup was splendid, as were the various salads and fish and chips ordered. Youngest son (an adult in his own right) said the Burger was really good.
If in the area I'd definitely come again, but advise trying to avoid the Friday evening dinner crowd.
Terrible food, terrible service & anytime we have had a carry out, it's always wrong! I literally waited along with about 10 other people who was waiting for carry out as well & the employee, behind the bar, who was supposed to acknowledge the carry outs didn't ask any of us our names and what we were waiting for. Literally took fifteen minutes before she asked anything! We also asked for fries with both our hamburger meals. When we got home, it was German Potato Salad in both of them vs the fries and the hamburgers were awful! Done with this place!

Almost $75 for a pizza, baked spaghetti, breadsticks, and a burger is INSANE. We definitely won’t be back.

A hidden gem in Metemora.
If you know Greg's, you know Greg's. They have been in the same place and largely unchanged for over a decade. They have continued to up their quality over the years while still being a local haunt.
The service was excellent on this occasion, and it typically is. Our waitress has worked here for a long time and her expertise was appreciated.
We had the pork chops, burger, Mac & cheese, and a salad. Everything was fantastic.
If you haven't been to Greg's or been sleeping on it don't pass it up.
