The worst service I’ve experienced ever at a restaurant!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were in town for a wedding and were told the burgers at this place were good so decided to check it out. I ordered the jalapeño burger which was ok but the server Tini was absolutely horrible!! Her attitude was horrible the entire time and we waiting almost 2 hours for 6 meals. We were literally the only table in the entire place when we walked in and while we were there a few bikers came in and the waitress proceeded to serve them & never came to check on us again after that. While half of our table had their food the other just sat there waiting for their meals… finally I got up to make sure she hadn’t forgotten about us and with a nasty attitude the waitress tells me “yeah I know, we’re working on it.” I would never ever recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy waiting two hours for crappy bar food and even worse service. I don’t know how any establishment can allow someone with an attitude like Tini’s to work in the customer service industry.

You can NOT come here if you are looking for good food, service, or even some decent time to talk to the family. Between the being seated right next to an a/c unit blowing constant cold air onto ur food, to the overcooked cod, to the overcharging on the bill. Don’t go here if you value your time with your family. Not to mention the hour and a half it took for our simple meals to come out and the 30 minutes it took to get our cards back after paying !! Being held hostage at a place that’s doesn’t want you there!

terrible service had to get our own drinks. Wait staff acted like it was a problem to do there job. Music was terrible too. I guess that is why your not busy. Seemed more like a retirement home than a bar.
The service was excellent, and the live music really stood out. The stage was a bit tight for a four-piece band, but they pulled it off well. The vibe was awesome, and the waitstaff were hustling all night—constantly checking on tables and making sure everyone was taken care of quickly and with a smile.
