My two large two toppings pizza had a matte finish. I pop the top on these two pizza boxes I was instantly taken back to the movie Back to the Future 2 with the rehydrated pizza scene. When I pop the top on a box of pizza I expect to see a glistening surface with puddles of Grease everywhere. It's my opinion when I see something like this, it's a sign that a good quality cheese and pepperoni are being used The pizza crust was flat. Flat flat Pizza crust not one bubble. The pizzas were also undercooked and doughy. The breadsticks happen to be nice. They were airy and fluffy and the homemade garlic dipping sauce was definitely on point full of flavor and color.
They told me an hour. I got my food two hours later and it’s cold. I called back. The manager told me she give me five dollars off Why would I order a pizza from you ever again? You gave me cold food

I give it a 3 because your chicken bacon ranch pizza, cheesy bread and monkey bread are good, but we literally spent almost $100 on our order, leaving a big tip for the difference to make it $100, live literally 2 minutes away and half my food is almost cold, the chicken burger is dry and bun burnt not worth $10. I was very excited about getting Hugo’s tonight but this is kinda disappointing.

We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!

Sandwiches and salads, and breads are fantastic. The pizza is good too, great toppings and quality , but the sauce is a bit salty for my taste. That is the reason for my 4 star rating.
Apparently while doing an online order I never completed it. I showed up to get my nonexistent pizza turnovers (which are our favorite item) and they immediately asked what I ordered and got started on it. We figured out together what the mistake was on my part and I walked out with my order quicker than if the online order had actually gone through! Stellar service!
