This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. The quality and value were very good. Jersey Mike's will be my first choice of sub shops from now on. Loved it!

Waited over 45 minutes for 2 Subs. Left without one of them. I got skipped in line somehow and employees wanted to be rude about it. My subs didnt even start getting made until there was no one else in line. And instead of apologizing and being done with the situation one or the lady workers wanted to argue with me. Will not be stopping here ever again. Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time

Alot on a sub! Can't beat the ingredients, just mine, I didn't care for the cheese. My son loved his sub! I'll ask to get different cheese next time.
