Ever since we moved to Gaylord this JM location has been amazing! They heated up my cold subs when I was pregnant and everyone is respectful and nice especially Cordel! He always has a smile, makes us feel welcomed and makes the best subs, he keeps us coming back!

I placed an order yesterday via the app, and it was to be by pick-up. Unfortunately I was too focused on entering a gift card and missed that I didn't schedule the pick-up for AFTER I was done with work. By the time I realized my mistake - and found that I couldn't edit the order in the app - I called the store and asked if it could be delayed for an hour until after I got off work. Tried out the new hot italian sub. Thankfully I ordered a giant because that sucker is delicious!!!! 10 of the 10 boys! Also need to point out friendly staff and a clean store. Very happy this is my local jersey mikes.
