Everytime I've ordered for delivery my pizza is cold, I'm only 1/2 mile away. I'm all for the kids working, but seriously a problem for, never again!

I ordered a large deep dish barbecue chicken, when I came in the store the blonde lady that greeted me was the highlight of my day and it was the best pizza I’ve had in months.

The girl who drives the range rover / cadillac is super rude. She didn’t even look at me the ENTIRE transaction when I was picking up my pizza. Not even a glance! Not once. I was trying to be a friendly customer and tell her how much my family loves their pizza, but she behaves like she doesn’t want to be there at all.

the gal was in the back when I entered as she came around to counter no greeting or anything just stared at me like I was a bother for being there. I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.

The owner of this place obviously doesn’t care about his reputation at this point. Never mind being the lowest rated jets around, leaving your kitchen to be run by a bunch of stoned kids who frequently mess up or forget part of the order, with no supervision from anybody with any sort of customer service or quality control experience, is an absolute joke. For what you charge for your food, you should be ashamed of the money you spend on staffing your shop. I spent 17 years doing that job, a good portion of which was in control of a much higher volume shop than this one. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. You just have to care. If the owner or general manager of this location reaches out to me personally, I’ll consider editing this review per how that conversation goes. I’m not looking for handouts, but for this price point, I expect quality, consistency, and professionalism. That is the market standard, and this location, is far below it.
