I put my review of pizza on Chelsey page accidentally but I get my pizza in lapeer commenting on your commercial and improvement of crust. Please check therehaving trouble typing cause of my hands.
pizza is good but service is terrible.
the gal was in the back when I entered as she came around to counter no greeting or anything just stared at me like I was a bother for being there. I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to...
Food was great, front counter service was great. Only issue I had was that there were mistakes made in the order, which they caught and corrected, but the correction took long enough that the pizza crusts were a bit soggy and the food was all room temp by the time we started eating. They were very courteous and apologetic which I totally appreciate but it took a lot away from the experience when you know food would have been quite a bit better if it had not sat 15 minutes waiting...
