Sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have always been great and this time was no exception. I have eaten at many different locations. But the one in Lapeer this morning stood out from all the others. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. Keep up the good work. I will go out of my way to visit your establishment in the future.

So first I want to say I like Jimmy John's sandwiches. My issue is that I order a sandwich and ask for extra Jimmy peppers which are from the "freebies" column on their customize sandwich and I either get non or like today get 3 on each half of my sandwich. I've even had a driver tell me once that the manager says they sell hats of them if I want extra. Extra is an option on your website! We also ask for napkins and never get any. I guess I'm giving up and will just go to Subway where I can have a many Peppers as I want. It makes no sense, but they really are protective of their peppers.

This JJ breaks the record for the freak SLOW sandwich making. Food was good, the place is clean but man slow like a snail.

You only offer provolone for your sandwiches and it's the one cheese I hate. Do you really not allow people to get any other cheese on their sandwiches? She said the other cheeses are for special specific sandwiches and you only offer provolone. Eww. Guess I'll stick to Subway. If you offered just one other cheese you could have a lot more customers
Very disappointed in the quality of food. In the past JJ was great! Freshness, quality and quantity always surpassed the competition. My sandwich today was sad. I ordered the #12 for the avocado and it didn’t even have enough on it to taste it? Please do better?
