Sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have always been great and this time was no exception. I have eaten at many different locations. But the one in Lapeer this morning stood out from all the others. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about serving their customers. I usually don’t write reviews (good or bad) but my experience this morning inspired me to say something. Keep up the good work. I will go out of my way to visit your establishment in the future.

So first I want to say I like Jimmy John's sandwiches. My issue is that I order a sandwich and ask for extra Jimmy peppers which are from the "freebies" column on their customize sandwich and I either get non or like today get 3 on each half of my sandwich. I've even had a driver tell me once that the manager says they sell hats of them if I want extra. Extra is an option on your website! We also ask for napkins and never get any. I guess I'm giving up...

I went the other day and I forgot to leave a review. I have a SEVERE gluten allergy. It makes me immensely sick if my food is exposed at all. Everyone at this location is so well trained and so caring I am able to eat here. They are super careful and smart about making my order. And I cannot express how grateful I am. The food is always amazing. My husband always loves his food too. Thank you guys.
