The food was good, but the service was slow and many tables were dirty. They may just have been short-handed. The manager seems great, like he'd be fun to work for, and is diligent about customer service. Maybe it was just an off day with not enough help.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this KFC drive-thru. As I pulled up with my mother, the woman on the speaker asked me to wait a moment, which I had no problem with. But once she came back, I simply asked if their sandwiches come with sauce, and she snapped back with, “You can put it on yourself!” in a rude, dismissive tone. From that point on, she rushed me through my entire order, raising her voice and impatiently asking, “Is that it?!” multiple times. When I asked for a moment to look at the menu, she told me she’s “on a timer,” as if that was my problem to deal with. I hadn’t even gotten halfway through ordering before I decided it wasn’t worth the stress or disrespect. I pulled away without finishing because I don’t tolerate being spoken to like that, especially when I was being polite the entire time. I don’t expect five-star service at a fast food place, but basic respect should be the bare minimum.

Every table had crumbs, I had to wipe down a table to be able to dine in with my family. The seats were sticky. Bathroom was just as bad. Food was good though.

I'm not even sure where to begin with this disaster of a meal. First off, I ordered a three-piece chicken combo, and when I got home, surprise, surprise, no sauce! What's KFC without the sauce? Dry, that's what. And to add insult to injury, they forgot my fork. Seriously? How am I supposed to eat this?
But wait, it gets worse. The chicken was burnt to a crisp. I'm talking charcoal black. It was like they intentionally set out to ruin my dinner. Honestly, it felt like they were discriminating against me. Maybe it's because I asked for extra napkins? Who knows, but this was the worst KFC experience of my life. Save your money and go somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

I'm really glad we got one in Imlay City now I like the chicken tenders and the pot pies
front worker, didn’t catch the name but has blonde hair, was extremely rude and yelled (something about the register not working) and an older gentleman jumped back because she spooked him. she had no proper customer service and the woman behind that first man ended up walking out, surely from the discomfort of the employee and the way she made someone literally jump. she didn’t have compassion for the customers and was very short with responses. the whole staff honestly just seemed short, like their was no teamwork amongst each other. disappointing.
