Kiosks don't work. Wasted 5 minutes putting an order together only to show an error.
Drive thru worker said "Go ahead with your order" only to say "one moment please" after I spoke to a wall for a minute straight. Gave up and went inside to a broken Kiosk.
Order went okay, worker didn't ask me for a name for the order or if it was eat in/to go. Food quality was good.
Probably won't be returning. I'll try a different KFC. District manager should come in and do a solid review and make sure the workers are not on hard drugs because half of them seem like it.

Ordered thru door dash, our biscuits weren't cooked all the way through. The chicken has a weird rubbery texture and our drinks were only carbonated water. I called up to the location to make them aware of the drinks (we had already received a refund via door dash an lost our appetite) the girl that answered said "yes we have been having problems with our machine. We are trying to get someone to come back out here to fix it but they haven't". So they know about the issue...didn't offer anything in return or nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not returning nor ordering in the future.

Ordered a 8 piece family Got a 7 piece It’s only 1 piece…However at over $30 for our family at least give us what we paid for. BTW This price did not include any drinks or honey.
I've been having KFC since I was a kid. I've tried a lot of different locations and their food always brightens my day. Though sometimes the potatoes and gravy was off, but those times are rare and few in between.
This place has been remodeled. I love how it looks nowadays. Though I miss the bouncy ball pinball machine they used to have.

After a long day spent in the hospital and on the way home for a family of 5 looking to be feed. 20 mins to close and they only wanted to sell what they had left for the day. Chicken strips or a four piece wing meal. Terrible service. I’ve worked fast food for years and I highly doubt there’s a rule that you can’t drop food 15 mins to close. It sounds like you just don’t want to work. And you could of just said that.

Having not had this chicken in a long time, it was disappointing. Nothing against this location, but the chicken does not taste as good, and the serving size of the sides are a joke. The containers are at least 2/3 smaller than they used to be. You can’t feed a family that’s for sure. So long, colonel. We won’t be back.

Bad attitude and bad service directly from the manager. I was cordial, patient and respectful. My wife had a similar prior experience. Won't be returning customers, sorry.
