It's KFC. I saw that even the crows wouldn't eat a piece of chicken was left in the parking lot. They are smart birds. That said they do have an excellent staff and I only order the Mac n cheese there because nothing beats KFC's macaroni.

I have been here a dozen times so have enough data to give them a review. I gave them 3 stars for the food. One would think that KFC food should all be the same. I have been to some where the pieces of chicken are rather large and some where the chicken is small. The pieces here are always small. The service is also rated 3 stars. I stopped on the other day and had issues with the Kiosk so approaches the front counter to order. I had employees walk by as they were bringing out food for other orders and ignore me. One employee put an order in the take out bin and at least acknowledged me as they walked past and said someone would be getting back with. 5 minutes later no one had. I finally walked out. There was a gal a year ago who worked there who understood customer service and waited on me a few times and she was great. Wish she was still there. I will do my best to eat somewhere other than here.

It took over 20 minutes to get some wings and a chicken sandwich on a Wednesday around 2-2:30 pm. Plenty of employees working but they were hardly attentive to the front counter.

Where to start? The food is usually very good. The staff is clueless. They made errors in each of 4 orders in a row. And when I politely point out the error/errors, I get much attitude. As often as they screw up you would think they would gain some humility. Alas no

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this KFC drive-thru. As I pulled up with my mother, the woman on the speaker asked me to wait a moment, which I had no problem with. But once she came back, I simply asked if their sandwiches come with sauce, and she snapped back with, “You can put it on yourself!” in a rude, dismissive tone. From that point on, she rushed me through my entire order, raising her voice and impatiently asking, “Is that it?!” multiple times. When I asked for a moment to look at the menu, she told me she’s “on a timer,” as if that was my problem to deal with. I hadn’t even gotten halfway through ordering before I decided it wasn’t worth the stress or disrespect. I pulled away without finishing because I don’t tolerate being spoken to like that, especially when I was being polite the entire time. I don’t expect five-star service at a fast food place, but basic respect should be the bare minimum.

Every table had crumbs, I had to wipe down a table to be able to dine in with my family. The seats were sticky. Bathroom was just as bad. Food was good though.
