Wife and I ordered calzones. Hers was loaded with cheese. Mine looked like they just sprinkled cheese inside. No cheese or pepperoni within 2” of each end. I thought calzones were supposed to have a lot of cheese. I’ll give em one more chance, and will say something about my 1st visit. I was not expecting this from a 4.9 rated pizza place. Very disappointed.

We found this place from our Hops Passport and were nearby, so wanted to check it out. The weather was beautiful so we opted to sit outside which gave a vice view of downtown Lapeer. Our server Cora was great, we had our drinks and pretzels in no time and really enjoyed both! FYI They do not have regular yellow mustard.

My husband and I went to Tilted Axis for the first time last night and it exceeded our expectations. 1st I need to mention our server Sarah was amazing, she has great energy and was super helpful, I had to compliment her and thank her for being so great! Then they have a great selection of beers they brew in house and a lot of them have names associated with things in Lapeer which I thought was a cool touch.
