We usually love Mancino's and were so excited to eat here . I understand that they were busy when we arrived. Our food took a little bit to arrive, but that wasn't the problem. I had ordered the Chicken Breast grinder, minus onion and cheese. When I received my food, I had a grinder with chicken breast, green pepper and onion. We took my sandwich to the counter to tell them of the error. A worker said that the mayo was on the top bun but there was none. They remade my sandwich...read full review
a couple weeks ago my family got a messed up pizza from here. we called and told them what was wrong, the young lady on the phone was nice about it, very apologetic, and let management know. today I got a coupon in the mail to replace our order. we used it tonight and this pizza was AMAZING!!! One of the best I've ever had from here.
