Me and my partner have come here before, and his family has been coming here for years. When we were here last year it was wonderful, but this time not so much. The girl working the counter didn't seem to really know what she was doing.
What we expected to be a 10-20 minute wait for food turned into 35-40 minutes, and customers that had come in well after us got their food much sooner. I ordered baked pasta, and by the time it hit the table it was cold. When I brought it to the cashier, she seemed to have no clue what to do and they ended up just sending it back through the oven to reheat it. I won't be going out of my way to come back.

I've visited this place a few times, hoping for a better experience each time. Unfortunately, after trying a few different grinders and pizzas, I’ve consistently found the food to be overly salty. On my last visit, the service was disappointing. Ordering at the counter took longer than expected because the associate kept juggling multiple tasks instead of completing one before moving on to the next. I was told the wait would be about 15 minutes, which seemed reasonable, but it ended up taking over 30 minutes for only part of the order to arrive. The remaining items showed up about five minutes later. It wasn’t an especially busy time, yet tables that ordered at the counter after received their food noticeably sooner. Many people speak highly of this place, but based on my experiences, I haven’t been impressed.
