I was legitimately just there. We waited 15 minutes at the first window for someone to take our money. No one took our money and we pulled up to the second window to hand them our money. The worker didn’t do anything wrong, but the literal manager came up and swung open the window and started lecturing us about how we should’ve waited longer and how it was our fault that her store wasn’t working right. I’m sorry that you don’t know how to run your store properly. I used to work out at McDonald’s people would do that all the time if their person wasn’t paying attention or The person wasn’t there and it was perfectly fine. There is nothing wrong with if the person isn’t paying attention you pulling to the second window and paying from there so that Manager was extremely rude and had no reason to interact with us or come up to us like that.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I travel for work so I've been to many. We ordered breakfast at around 10 am and got to the drive thru at 10 15. The worker told us they are no longer serving breakfast which is a lie. We also ordered it through the app and this horrible customer service representative told us we should cancel it (there is no option to do so). She also told us hopefully it credits our bank account in the next couple days. Abysmal service and I will no longer go here

By far my worst McDonald's experience I only spent $7 and received the worst meal I could have received. On my McDouble they decided to give me a dried out two half pieces of cheese and completely dried out meat. Not alone though they decided to smash both burgers before putting them in the bag the only thing decent about my order was the fries. Highly disappointed in this McDonald's coming from someone who previously worked at McDonald's for 4 years.

TERRIBLE. sat at screen for 5 minutes while they took 4 other orders at the other screen. then was told to pull in parking spot and wait. employees can't listen, she entered my PLAIN cheeseburger as normal and I said PLAIN 3 times. never going here again even if i'm starving.

Can't go to the counter to order, have to use the Kiosk. Use the kiosk, can't use the cashless pay, have to go to the counter. Have to wait, again, for someone to "free up," to come take you money, and order again. It's a big game to get you to wait longer because they're slow. Hire more people, fix your machines, do something.

This big Mac didn't taste like the one grow up on. There was grease from someone's fingers on top of the box. Yuck Food and trash on the floor. No hair nets
after work wanting dinner. Get my Chicken Big Mac wait forever in line. Just to get all the way home at midnight. To a sandwhich with no chicken no meat at all. I call and give them my name and order your BAD management didn’t give me a name. So I didn’t get to eat my food and didn’t get to get it replaced and none of the staff here is helpful they are all rude and helpless. Customer service isn’t that difficult, neither is making sure your stuff isn’t too intoxicated to put MEAT on the sandwhich. Never again.

Mc Donald's app. is horrible to use You go to use the app. and it won't bring up the code numbers. And they won't honor the discount. And you don't give a senior discount. If your going to have an app. Back up your restaurant? Make an effort, to help out your customers. You need to step up your game. Hopefully your wanting people to fill out these reviews, get noticed and try to fix the problems. Your customers are the ones that keep your restaurants open.

Ordered a breakfast burrito meal with a side of sausage. Shane on me for not checking veggie driving away but the bag had a hash brown and the sausage- neither burrito. How do you miss adding the main item?!
