I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. After getting home, I realized my order was missing chicken nuggets and a straw (the straw wasn’t a big deal, but I also paid extra for sauce that was not included). I had to drive all the way back to the store due to these mistakes—wasting my time and gas—just to get what should have been included in the first place.
When I arrived and spoke with Abby, the manager, she handed me the missing nuggets but offered no apology, compensation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Her response was simply, “This is all we can do.” Meanwhile, my food at home was cold, and I had just spent $27 on a meal that was incomplete until I personally returned.
This was handled very poorly. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility and making things right. Abby’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. This is not the kind of service I expect, especially from someone in a managerial role. Do better.

If you go to Mcdonalds and are able to get ice cream in stock, your doing good. They should just take it off their menus, if they are going to always be out.

Ordered food for me and my family on our way down to the city for some fun, I ordered the new McCrispy strips 4 piece and we had to pull up and wait at the second window and once the lady came up she mentioned the McCrispy strips were going to take 7 minutes so I decided to just get chicken nuggets instead, because we were in a little bit of a hurry and she said these would be right up and they were! But I was not pleased at all when I opened up our bag of food and she replaced my $6 order of 4 McCrispy strips with a $3 4 piece Chicken nuggets. The young lady was nice, but I spent $6 for chicken strips and got $3 worth of chicken nuggets i expected my moneys worth which would’ve at least been a 10 piece chicken nugget just common sense, but whatever.

I just want my food to be put together, right. It shouldn’t be hanging out in my bag. I didn’t eat it until I got to work and then by that time it was cold because it was wrapped improperly. Maybe if the sandwich was put together better it would’ve been warm still. First picture is it in the bag, second picture is it as soon as I pull out of the bag barely wrapped, and the third picture is how poorly it was put together.

Since you asked. . .McDonald's has been my go to for more than 60 years, and this particular location has always been dependable, but last night the drive through waa really long just before midnight. The staff was rushing. My husband and l were really hungry and l was so looking forward to a quarterpounder deluxe. He ordered a double one for himself and a single for me, with our desired modifications. We ordered and paid for deluxes, but tjere were no tomatoes or lettuce in sight. 😢 SO disappointed!

Worst McDonald's ever. I can't stand it as it already is, but it's a treat for my kids. You never get your food at the window, they make you wait forever for it the delivery the food to you outside with the bags wide open and do multiple cars insuring your food is ice cold. The fries are always soggy and seemed to have been sittthere along with the nuggets. It's just completely nasty. Management doesn't care. Talking to them makes no difference. Avoid this place and go to the one by Walmart

We went through the drive through around 4:30 am. We waited and got fresh hashbrowns. They were hot. Our sandwiches were all cold. The cheese on my bacon egg and cheese bagel didn’t even warm up. There was also no sauce on my bagel. They also left the egg off of the cold sausage egg and cheese McMuffin.
