I don't like this McDonald's, I always go to the one on Main Street due to my experience at this McDonald's. My husband went there today to get my son's usual meal. The fries as always were luke warm, they didn't fill up the container of fries. They are also a lot slower.

One of my biggest complaints. They forget to put your sandwich in the bag. It’s like it’s no big deal!! Well, when you are hungry and your person comes home with their full meal and you got fries wtf. It is a big deal!! I didn’t want a sandwich the next time I come in!! And then when you get there to pick up the sandwich, someone is screaming in the background only replace what they didn’t get. What about my going hungry? What about my time? What about my gas!! There needs to be some laws made about this!! When they do not give you your food, they are stealing money! And making you come back to get your food they are taking even more. Perhaps your money back along with a $5.00 fee for theft!! Like the UScan law!

This place always gets my order wrong or my boyfriends order wrong. Ordered 2 items, w/no mustard. Got one w/mustard. Went back to fix it. Still only got 1 but at least it had no mustard. Gave them a second chance and still got it wrong. They always do this. Gave my boyfriend who hates pickles, pickles on his sandwich. Don't go to this one. There's another one not too far away in lapeer. Haven't had issues there get.

This McDonald's always forgets something. Gets order wrong even after repeating myself 4 times. Ask for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Get no cheese no egg just sausage. One time forgot my daughters chicken nuggets in her happy meal. All she got was fries, apples, and a toy. Terrible.

This McDonald's is well known for wrong orders, making you repeat yourself several times and still getting it wrong, and pulling everyone forward and bringing out 3-4 orders at a time and not repeating the order they're handing you. Get better service in the ghetto. Morning shift is usually pretty on point but the rest is terrible service.
