This place always gets my order wrong or my boyfriends order wrong. Ordered 2 items, w/no mustard. Got one w/mustard. Went back to fix it. Still only got 1 but at least it had no mustard. Gave them a second chance and still got it wrong. They always do this. Gave my boyfriend who hates pickles, pickles on his sandwich. Don't go to this one. There's another one not too far away in lapeer. Haven't had issues there get.

This McDonald's always forgets something. Gets order wrong even after repeating myself 4 times. Ask for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Get no cheese no egg just sausage. One time forgot my daughters chicken nuggets in her happy meal. All she got was fries, apples, and a toy. Terrible.

This McDonald's is well known for wrong orders, making you repeat yourself several times and still getting it wrong, and pulling everyone forward and bringing out 3-4 orders at a time and not repeating the order they're handing you. Get better service in the ghetto. Morning shift is usually pretty on point but the rest is terrible service.

Colleen is THE best employee ever. She wasn't even punched in and she jumped up to help me (as she does every week) get my disabled brother thru the doors and sorted. She deserves a raise - she's always friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient!
As for the food and atmosphere - it's my brother's favorite place, and the food is hot. The ambience...very McDonald's. 😊

Went there it took 45 minutes for an order I never received because I had to leave because I ended up late for work then still billed my card.
Waited 20 minutes and finally had to leave after paying, without my food because I was late for work. My order number at approx 1:30 today was 701. I need a call about getting my money back. The phone isn’t being answered. I’m calling corporate.

My favorite McDonald's! Food is always great love the employees! If I ever have a issue (which I usually never do) they fix it no problem! They don't try to fight you because you need something fixed like that McDonald's by the tracks does!!! Thank you for all you guys do !
