Ask the Brista to remake my drink Since it was wrong And Gave me attitude And didn’t want to literally read my drink to me like yeah I know what I ordered, but it’s not rightIt’s Starbucks policy to remake a drink if a customer is not happy with it so I just told her I’ll leave a Review since she didn’t want to remake my drink, I would love to come up there to get my drink!!! Let me know ?!!! I’m definitely done giving Starbucks money though. Used to come here multiple days every week

Why? It's friggin coffee, folks! It functions the same way as coffee you get from a gas station. Ridiculous. Water and beans for $12, and the madness of trying to decode their menu selections for COFFEE. Then the snobbish attitude the coffee servers display a you're trying to decide (barristas,ha!). Tim hortons is right down the road.

I like that there's options healthier options but the baristas here in this location suck. I have ordered here many times and they tend to mess up my orders quite often.This was the last time. I asked for a medium iced coffee with almond milk and sugar free vanilla syrup and a sandwich. That's it. She asked me like a cold brew? So she didn't know the difference between cold brew and an iced coffee yet coffee shop. Got it. Anyways I pull up and it was a hot coffee 💁🏼♀️. Tell me how the hell do 2 different people NOT know the difference between hot and cold. Between iced coffee and cold brew. I was so angry because Starbucks is expensive and I thought they could handle the simple order. Never again coming there.

The gentleman who took my order messed up but the awesome girl making my coffee realized I was still waiting. She looked up my order and fixed the issue and didn't charge me the difference. I think her name was madison with red hair. That girl rocks! Thank you.
