The gentleman who took my order messed up but the awesome girl making my coffee realized I was still waiting. She looked up my order and fixed the issue and didn't charge me the difference. I think her name was madison with red hair. That girl rocks! Thank you.

my drink was not hot and it was an inch and a half from the top of the cup… Should’ve just got a smaller size I guess. such an expensive price for not the full product. disappointing 👎🏼

Tom Grappin in the comment section needs to get out a little more lol This is definitely not the greatest starbucks in u.s. continental history, not even close. I would prolly say the ones on hollywood blvd or the original in seattle. I don't even have tik tok so I don't really care if they ban it, but banning a social media app? Just make a tik tok and get back with me tom. Also today was the official last day of me going to the starbucks in Lapeer where I stay, and now have to drive all the way to Davison, because this one just ain't it. From the vibe, to the atmosphere, to the owner, to the workers, to sneak comments from the baristas, to the custos. I don't expect much coming from LA, but you guys are why ppl are shaming starbucks in 2024, other than the surge in prices, and the 4 different CEOs (Brian's got it now though) you need to take heed in everything Brian wants to do with the inside cafes being more comfortable, because that's what he wants to do, and you guys are basically mocking him with how you want starbucks to be in Lapeer.

Went on red cup day afternoon and they told me they were all out of cups. Also was told a holiday drink wouldn't qualify. Also weird the ppl in front of me got the red cup lol. So idk guess u have to have pull to get one of these things! I will say this the girl was very sweet and I don't blame her at all.

Wofe rolls through and asks about the new cup they are giving. Told it has to be a holiday drink. Orders a regular mocha and peppermint hot cocoa. Both drink ended up up peppermint and when telling the person working the window proceded to argue what she did and didn't order! On top of that didn't give the holiday cup! This is not how you do business.

Yesterday I came through the drive thru with an impaired individual who’s only source of payment was a card that was peeling and couldn’t be swiped. We apologized for the inconvenience and planned to pull off but the staff decided to let him have the coffee on them!
