The gentleman who took my order messed up but the awesome girl making my coffee realized I was still waiting. She looked up my order and fixed the issue and didn't charge me the difference. I think her name was madison with red hair. That girl rocks! Thank you.
Yesterday I came through the drive thru with an impaired individual who’s only source of payment was a card that was peeling and couldn’t be swiped. We apologized for the inconvenience and planned to pull off but the staff decided to let him have the coffee on them! Thank you again to the very kind ladies who were working, your service was impeccable. <3
First, I have to say that getting to this location is like a maze with all the one-way drives, etc. The service was good, but in comparison to every other Starbucks that I have been to (and there's a lot of them) this is the worst. The drink didn't taste right, but I was already 6 miles away when I noticed it. So I wasted $7.00. The seating isn't welcoming or comfortable. Put a few more cushioned chairs or couches. The environment t is cold.
